Pilates looks sweet until the shaking starts. 🌶️

A little control, a little spice, and a lot of core.

ATL 📍 Come meet me on the mat.

A few nerves walking in. Sweet at first. Spicy by the final set. 🌶️

Once class started, the training took over—precise cues, intentional movement, and just enough shaking to confirm the assignment.

Atlanta showed up in pink and showed out on the mat.

Sunset movement, a little shaking, and so much community. Yesterday at The Home Depot Backyard with @thematclubatl was one to remember. 💕 taken in Atlanta, Georgia by @hellonhiheels

A Monday well spent: a lululemon delivery and haul (shoutout to @meeks_p 📦), a workout at @clubstudio, a facial at @skinlaundry, and omakase at @on10_atl to end the day. 🤍🍣 by @hellonhiheels

The cast is booked, busy, and probably about to make you shake on the mat. 🍑

Meet The Real Babes of The Mat Club. Different personalities, different teaching styles, one thing in common: you’re leaving class feeling stronger, sexier, and very aware of muscles you forgot existed 😂

Consider this your sign to find your fave instructor… or try them all.

The Mat. The Muscle. The Movement.

Taking class before teaching class… because apparently one humbling experience wasn’t enough. 😭

Student first, “give me eight more” shortly after.
