POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Whew… this one touched places we don’t always have words for. 🥹
Our Burn Session was emotional, vulnerable, and so beautiful. We made room for the feelings we often push aside and the parts of ourselves we’re still learning to love through.

There’s something powerful about being surrounded by women who give you permission to put the strong face down and simply be held. To cry, to speak, or to sit quietly and know you still belong.

Thank you to every woman who trusted this space with a piece of her heart. May what we released make room for more peace, more joy, and more of ourselves. 🕯️✨

Special thank you to @inclusivevision.42 for helping me curate such a beautiful evening!

With love, your East Atlanta Presi. 💙🦋

Who wants to go to Dominican Republic 🇩🇴 this January? The elements are calling 🔥 🌊 🌳 💨 🌀

Fire. Water. Earth. Air. Space. The five elements are the backbone of how I teach, and in Samaná they’re not a metaphor — they’re the itinerary.

🔥 Fire ceremony and ceremonial cacao under the stars. 🌊 Rivers, cave pools, and a bay where humpback whales arrive every January to birth and sing. 🌱 Jungle so alive you sleep inside it, in open-air treehouses connected by rope bridges. 🌁 A zipline that sends you flying through the canopy. 🧘‍♀️ And daily meditation, breathwork, and yoga where everything integrates.

🇩🇴 We are going back to the @dominicantreehousevillage in SAMANA for a yoga retreat January 14–18 — all meals, whale watching, the zipline, and SDQ airport transfers included. The elements are patient, but the treehouses are limited. Comment SAMANA for details and pricing. ✨🔥🌊

A day in the life with me - @thematclubatl edition Be Well Experience 💕
Today was absolutely amazing! All classes were sponsored by @gregoryblevettandsons so the experience was FREE to all of our attendees 😆
I know y’all are probably thinking wait that’s the funeral home but listen hear me out. They want you to “Be Well” and when it’s time to transition yes they want to take care of you & I know the care they give firsthand because they cremated my mom 💔
.
Ok back to the event! We had 4 b2b Mat Pilates classes & the Pilates Babes & Bros got that work 💪🏽

The cast is booked, busy, and probably about to make you shake on the mat. 🍑

Meet The Real Babes of The Mat Club. Different personalities, different teaching styles, one thing in common: you’re leaving class feeling stronger, sexier, and very aware of muscles you forgot existed 😂

Consider this your sign to find your fave instructor… or try them all.

The Mat. The Muscle. The Movement.

I’ll have words soon, but for now a humble thank you to @junglejohanna and @jessjoseph___

Johanna is truly THAT woman and there is no other mat Pilates certification that can come close to touching this level of commitment, community, and dedication.

Immensely grateful.

It was a time.
