💙 Instructor Spotlight: Estefania!
When Estefania first started Pilates as a student, she had no idea how much it would transform her life. The physical strength, the mental clarity, and the emotional balance she found through movement inspired her to become an instructor and now she shares those benefits with our Bonita community every day.

Physically, Pilates has helped her feel stronger and more connected to her body. Mentally, it keeps her present and grounded. Emotionally, it gives her a sense of balance and confidence in what her body can do.

Her teaching style in three words? Control. Mind. Body.
Outside the studio, she loves spending time with her family and being outdoors and fun fact: she’s also an interior designer!

What she loves most about Club Pilates Bonita is how welcomed she feels by the community. And when members leave her class, her hope is simple: that they walk out feeling good, both physically and mentally, knowing every movement had purpose.

We’re so grateful to have her guiding, inspiring, and moving with us. 💙
