I’m Henry. 👋🏻 I shoot photos and content here in Surrey.

Born and raised in the Surrey hills, being surrounded by natural beauty has heavily influenced my photography.

My specialism is scenery, which takes me far and wide, but I love to work with local producers, sellers, growers, makers, artists and anyone else doing things for themselves and creating something great.

Let me help shout about what you do by getting in touch to see how I can help. 📸

Yours truly bought to you by @harryroberts.portraits

Like many I photograph, I’m not one who feels comfortable in front of the lens. So I learnt a lot from being the subject for once.

I believe there is a good picture in everyone and Harry has some eye to find them. If he can make old Pugwash here look good then there’s hope for everyone ;) taken in Surrey Hills by @henry.catling

Yesterday’s photography walk began under dark, cloudy skies, but just as we set off, the sun came out to greet us.

Walking with @henry.catling we learned to look at the natural world a little differently. To notice the colours, light and textures around us, to pay attention to what draws our eye, and to explore how we might capture it in a photograph.

Photography became a way of practising mindfulness, slowing down, sensing nature more deeply, and discovering beauty in the details we might otherwise walk past.

Thank you, Henry, for sharing your knowledge and helping us see the woodland through a different lens.

Already looking forward to our next photography walk together in spring!

🎃 A little bit of Halloween magic captured perfectly! 🍂🧡

I don't think I'll ever get tired of looking at these photos of Florence! 🥹💕

From exploring the woodland and discovering all the spooky surprises to those little smiles and cheeky poses along the way, these pictures capture her personality so perfectly! 👻✨

Discovery Land at Priory Farm was the perfect backdrop for some autumn photos, especially with all the Halloween decorations and little surprises hidden around the trail. 🌳🎃

A HUGE thank you to @henry.catling for capturing these beautiful moments. 📸🧡

There's something so special about having photographs that capture the little moments you might otherwise forget, and these are definitely ones I'll treasure! 🥹

My little pumpkin, making memories one adventure at a time. 🎃🍂💕

From a Scotland road trip a while back. One of my favourite places and fantastic to photograph. Craggy, ancient landscape covered in heather and moss with glassy lochs reflecting beautiful light.

I can’t wait to return one day and explore it some more.

Look at these delicious strawberries from @prioryfarmestate 🍓

Showing off their produce with photographs is a pleasure. All I have to do is let the quality shine through.

No tricks, no AI, just genuine goodness. 🌟

The fantastic work that the brilliant new owners Jo and James are doing at The Six Bells in Newdigate has placed this lovely pub right at the top of Surrey’s must visit places for 2026.

I went along to casually snap one of their amazing foodie events in the garden and the elements couldn’t have been better.

With a cold pint in hand I milled about in golden hour sunlight and snapped fabulous food, courtesy of @meatinthemole , with plenty of friendly, happy people having a grand old time.

I hope to see you down there some time. ☀️🍺📸

Shooting Summer 2026 with @prioryfarmestate @discoverylandpf ☀️

It’s been a great one so far and there’s still so much to come. The huge range of what they offer never seems to end. I absolutely love photographing this wonderful place and often come home with treats from the farm shop that I can’t resist.

Have you been yet?

When the drum finds the right hands, it remembers what it’s for.

Thank you @elliethegreen for meeting this one with such devotion. Watching our work cradled in ritual and played with such intention is its own kind of magic 🖤

I was recently commissioned to shoot a range of Spanish linens new to the UK. Given full creative control, I opted to shoot in a beautiful farmhouse to lend a timeless style that never goes out of fashion.

The antique furniture and rustic surroundings were perfect to match the colours and textures of the tablecloths.

~ I can offer creative styling for your photoshoot as well as provide beautiful local settings. If you think your product or portrait suit this look please do get in touch ~

Spring is springing and these days are optimal for photoshoots. Are you ready to book me in whilst the going is good? ☀️

I love to work with Surrey/Sussex businesses to encourage people to shop locally and support small business. ⚖️

Come and say hello to see what I can do for you this year. 🪴

Slowly does it. Things are finally starting to reappear after a long winter. You know, birds, plants, photography clients. 😉

I’ve been developing new skills and ideas for this year so there’s a lot of good things I’m looking forward to working on with my clients, old and new.

Meanwhile, life on the water is a joy to behold as ever. Keep your eyes peeled for more to come from me soon.
