The fantastic work that the brilliant new owners Jo and James are doing at The Six Bells in Newdigate has placed this lovely pub right at the top of Surrey’s must visit places for 2026.

I went along to casually snap one of their amazing foodie events in the garden and the elements couldn’t have been better.

With a cold pint in hand I milled about in golden hour sunlight and snapped fabulous food, courtesy of @meatinthemole , with plenty of friendly, happy people having a grand old time.

I hope to see you down there some time. ☀️🍺📸
