The great southern 🙌🏼❤️.

In the few weeks I have been down here. It is apparent to me how unique and beautiful this environment is.

There is currently a consultation period for the introduction of a marine reserve effecting the south coast from SA to (but excluding) Bremer bay.

There are some great local and national organisations that are working hard to ensure the best protection for these unique places.

Sometimes I feel there is energy within me that needs me to move differently.

On these days I let the flow take over and I never regret it.

I ended up moving through some traditional nerve cleansing.

The sea is a favourite symbol for many to explain their own understanding of the world.

Stories of violent churning oceans, seas of liberation, oceans that kill and save appear in almost every culture.

It was great to read this story of the Mirnang people, here in the Albany region. There are so many wonderful stories about these lands and waters.

I am looking forward to sharing some ocean stories and ideas with you this July, during the Asana and Beyond immersion @yogaspaceperth
