That’s the job. Not to be the loudest voice or have every answer. Just to sit close enough, and long enough, that the people you lead start to believe in what you see in them.

In our culture, we see and hear and are caught up in this anticipation energy, waiting for the next event, party, game… miss that the beauty is in “all of it.” The daily relationships, the circumstances you’ve been given to overcome… the struggles that have brought you to your knees. We love all of it. The real thing, not the anticipation of the next “big thing.” by @henryschertzinger
