All of it.

In our culture, we see and hear and are caught up in this anticipation energy, waiting for the next event, party, game… miss that the beauty is in “all of it.” The daily relationships, the circumstances you’ve been given to overcome… the struggles that have brought you to your knees. We love all of it. The real thing, not the anticipation of the next “big thing.”

I’m incredibly excited to announce that I have committed to @clemsonwlax to continue my academic and lacrosse career!

Today is a milestone in my lacrosse dream.

To Henry and Harrison Schertzinger, Brett Finne, and everyone at Cincinnati Lacrosse Academy / You.First — your relentless focus on building a foundation and inspiring a love for the game has shaped my entire journey. You taught me that the work matters long before anyone is watching.

To Steve Levy, Ryan Gick and the Long Island Legacy family - Thank you for taking a chance on an Ohio kid and giving me the opportunity to compete with and against the best players in the country.

To Coach Mack, Jozy, Coach Sam, Coach Neff, my Indian Hill coaches and teammates — I’m so proud to represent our school and the State of Ohio. We still have two more seasons and championship runs to make.

To Best In Class and Deemer Class — thank you for sharing my non-traditional journey through “Road to Recruitment”. You gave me the opportunity to learn, train, compete, and show what an Ohio kid can do.

And most importantly, my family. My mom and dad are the best — some may even say the GOATs. You have built so much of your lives around helping me chase this dream. Mom, you are the undisputed MVP of logistics. Dad/JB31, thank you for the thousands of terrible passes, pushing me when I needed to be pushed, and for always being in my corner.

To Taylor, Cam, and Dax- You guys are truly the best siblings I could ask for and great partners for our late-night rip sessions.

“Just another day of pinging corners”-LaxWithDax

To Coach Kwolek and the entire Clemson staff — Thank you for believing in me and making Clemson feel like home. I’m ready to compete for championships, grow as a player and person, and represent Clemson wearing #31.

Ready to BAHL-OUT

Myself (Coach @alli_meehan) and You.prjct founders @harrisonschertz @henryschertzinger started as UNC Athletes (🏑&🥍)

Now we are teaming up to help our athletes at Patriot train the way that allowed us to play and excel at the highest level of collegiate athletics🩵

Our success did not come just by showing up to practice…it was the extra work we did every single day and the elite habits we built.

Which is why I am thrilled to bring @you.prjct to Patriot!

Additional updates to come to the club this week!

For all athletes, one to write down and internalize. You aren’t ‘defeated by winter,’ but your wish for it to still be summer.

Most want it to still be the easy and casual days, when things came naturally… but those never last forever. Don’t expect them to. Expect the struggle, and expect yourself to rise and win in glorious fashion.

Like a proper admiration for each changing season. The cold dark winter, only makes the beautiful of spring, that much more glorious. Love all seasons.

Back at it on a Monday 🤝

What are your expectations for yourself? They will guide your thoughts and reflections. “That was not good enough.” This will typically only be thoughts for those who have high standards. So continuously, we must raise our expectations. This sets the sufficiently challenging aim. One that draws out our best.
