FORCA x Impact for Women 💜

FORCA is proud to support Impact for Women as our chosen foundation for 2025.

Every month, we will be donating a portion of all coaching subscriptions to help women and children escaping extreme violence at home.

1 in 3 women in Australia will experience physical abuse in their lifetime.

Our inner FORCA strengthens when we share our energy and support other women in finding their own power.

I want to acknowledge the wonderful women past and present who make FORCA what it is today.

Without their support, genuineness and drive to better themselves - initiatives like this wouldn’t be possible.

This is just the beginning.

A letter to YOU:

Hiii is me, Memi...

I want to introduce you to FORCA, a project I feel so passionately and aligned with.

FORCA has been running for a wee bit of time now. It’s made up of some wonderful women who hold the project to what it stands for.

These women train hard, eat well, and prioritise their well-being while strengthening their inner FORCA every day. All while supporting each other’s growth.

This project is so much more than just a fat loss, growing a big bum and sticking to your calories. These women are powerful and I feel so utterly grateful that they’ve allowed me to support them in their journey.

I feel so honoured to be able to share this project with you and allow more women to make FORCA what it is.
