June 30th 2026 we celebrated an extraordinary achievement of EX2682 officially making history!!
Becoming the first Liebherr 9600 to move 17 million BCM in a 12 month period + 96% availability + 325 MTBF & 6840 PWT.
This is a milestone built on relentless hard work, dedication, teamwork, plus the commitment of every single person who played a part in this journey in all different roles across Mt Pleasant mine site.

To witness this moment alongside the biggest role models in my life made it even more meaningful. If someone had told the younger version of me that one day I’d be standing here, celebrating a historic achievement like this with the people I admire most, I never would have believed them. Such intelligent, kind and caring men and women I truly look up to + have helped me get to where I am today. 🧡

These moments don’t happen by chance they’re built on early mornings, long days, unwavering determination and a team that refuses to settle for anything less than excellence. Records can be broken, but history can never be rewritten. I’m incredibly proud to have witnessed this achievement and to celebrate the people behind it.
Congratulations to everyone involved in making 17 million BCM a reality.

Proud moment on site as @thiessmining welcomes their 9th 9600 into the fleet, a symbol of strength, teamwork, and progress. But it’s not just about the 9600’s it’s about the people behind them.

This bucket carries more than dirt, it carries a message.

A reminder that in mining, just like in life, heavy loads are easier to manage when we talk about them with others.

Myself personally I talk with my crew these blokes have truly been a massive inspiration to me and helped me get through hard life challenges and come out the other side with a smile on my face, showing me it’s ok to speak.🧡

Trying to diagnose why I’m getting so much vibration and knocking in the head of my CL-560 lathe.
There is a video in this reel where you can hear the noise and the last video is of the finish it gives me!! 🤦‍♀️
Tool is dead on centre the material is K1045 (mild steel) fresh tip in the cutter.
Everything is tight in the head but god i just can’t pin point the issue! ITS KILLING ME!

Never really post my work but here’s one from the other day 👌 I’m not the best at getting content for the gram! 🤦‍♀️🤣 I’m usually having to much bloody fun ripping in and getting the job done then to video it all. I’ve missed a few steps in finishing up this bad boy but you get photos of the end product so that’s a win 👌

I LOVE MACHINING!! This little number was to modify the inner ID’s to upgrade my mates Harley wheel. 🤩
Needed to be so delicate with this one, so the jaws didn’t make the putter race as well needing to be very light with clamping to not distort the it either. 🤩 Was a funny job! #womeninmining #herengineering #machining #womeninbusiness by @her_engineering.machining

RISE Mentor Spotlight: Hannah Legg 💜

“When you’re held to the same standard and you show up, do the work and have a crack — people see that. That’s what keeps women in the trade. Not being treated differently… just being part of the team.”

That’s one of the key insights shared by RISE mentor Hannah Legg, Director of HER Engineering.

Having come through her own apprenticeship, Hannah understands what it feels like — the uncertainty, the pressure, and the need to prove yourself.

Skills take time. What stands out early is effort — showing up, asking questions and having a crack, even when you’re unsure.

She also highlights the importance of environment — having the right people around you who are willing to teach, support and hold standards.
