Nature’s Voices is now available in hardcover and accessible ebook formats!! Get your copy wherever books are sold!

🌱🌸🌱
Created in collaboration with the natural world, Nature’s Voices provides a rich palette on which nature beings communicate through both written form and artistry. This inspirational volume contains an interpretation of their language through organically-shaped poetry complemented by crisp ink illustrations. Through this presentation there is an invitation for the reader to create their own connection with these beings.

The playfulness of fairies, ancient wisdom of creepy crawlies and trees, and discernment of birds are distilled into a format that humans can easily understand and relate to. Despite their seemingly different messages, however, there is an underlying universal message to return to a collective community of humans and non-humans as One.

GARDENS OF THE UNDERWORLD
Available as hardcover and accessible ebook. Get yours wherever books are sold (options in the photos)!

The first poem was drafted May 19, 2023 and here we are at completion 781 days later. I’m honored the poisonous plants chose me to bring this into our world; I’m not sure l’ve woken up yet...

💀 Poems are the voices of Persephone and 26 poisonous plants
🎨 Cover art and interior illustrations are my own
📔 Cover Design by @bookcoversdesign

Thank you to @persephonespath for inspiring so many to tend their own gardens, including me. Her poisonous plant medicine courses set me on this course and guided me to create the psychopomp training offering.

Thank you to @lucyhpearce for her Get Published! workshop series, which helped me understand the logistics of how to do this.

Thank you to each of you for your continued support!

In the meantime, the bones, plants, and natural world continue to speak to me through the oracle deck, and other poetry and writings...

It’s probably no big secret that I’m not overly fond of being on social media. I signed up because someone told me it was important to do as an artist and small business. While I’ve met some amazing people on here, I’m also not able to definitively say how much it has helped my business to grow. Most people tend to find me through an old-fashioned online search.

Over the past couple of months I would regularly think about posting but also felt such a strong revulsion whenever I began to make that effort. So, I simply let it go. A photo of myself seems to be a requirement to gain traction on a post, and, quite frankly, my work isn’t about me, it’s about the compassionate and grounded space that is cultivated. That space is one of co-creation with my clients, helping spirits, and ancestors.

A shamanic practitioner once told me that my presence is what heals. It’s not what I do or say; things have a way of surfacing when there is a safe and grounded container for them to be witnessed within.

My work isn’t flashy, but it’s deeply needed. It isn’t about trying to convince you to work with me. You’ll know if and when that time comes. As one client put it, I make people face themselves. Not everyone is ready to do that. I’m still here though, patiently tending the space for when you are ready.

Thank you for being with me through these ebbs and flows. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

A few pages from my perpetual journal from over the past several weeks. Things that inspire me and things that bring me joy. It was fun to paint something completely different than the usual and just for me!

The Herbal Bones Oracle is almost fully funded. Have you made a pledge to get your deck yet? 🌱💀🎨

Mildly obsessed with Grogu! My husband thinks it’s because I want to listen to the music. Well, I am a band geek. I was into John Williams soundtracks instead of musicals in high school, and well, if I’m honest, I still do!

Didn’t know I had planted white monkshood until this year!

When a heart tree looks like the eye of Sauron.

Love how colorful these berries are!

After many years of tending this little plant we finally have lemons growing!

The moment you’ve been waiting for is almost here!! I almost can’t believe it myself!

I recently finished the 40th painting for the Herbal Bones Oracle. 40!! After close to five years of work, there are only four paintings remaining…and I’ve already started the next one.

The Kickstarter Pre-Launch page is now live!!! Whether you’ve been anxiously awaiting this moment from the beginning or from somewhere along the path, now is the time to sign up for when this deck will launch!

Now’s the time to help see this sacred collaboration with the plants and animals through to completion. Thank you and so much gratitude for all of you for being on this journey with me!

P.S., I know I have a lot of friends around the world. At this time and when the campaign launches, I will only be able to fulfill orders to the States and to Canada, though you will still be able to support the project through donations if you feel inspired to.

White sage has become overly used and commercialized in the spiritual market and some of the ways it’s being used really bother me, especially as a psychopomp.

A recent Blogmorium post explores the commercialized use of white sage, cultural appropriation, how it’s inappropriate to use it to clear resident ghosties, and ancestral connections.

Is white sage your go-to energy hygiene tool because you don’t know what else to use?

If you’d like to learn grounded energy hygiene practices that work, join the Basic Energy Hygiene workshop this Saturday, May 2 at 11am EDT.

A recording will be available to everyone who joins and for on-demand purchase. by @herbal_bones_art

Join me to learn some new tools and refresh your memory on how to use some of the tools you may already be aware of.

Through guided meditations and shamanic journeys, and journaling with prompts, you will be able to learn and practice these tools within our group container.

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner looking to refresh your energy hygiene skills or are a complete beginner, all are welcome. Come with a curious mind and open heart and be prepared to learn.

In this workshop you will:
• learn about auras and how to find your own
• learn about power animals and how to meet and work with yours
• be guided to meet your true self
• learn how to clear yourself and your space
• understand how you perceive (i.e., what clairs you most rely on)

A recording will be made available for those who cannot attend live and for on-demand purchase after the closing of the workshop. by @herbal_bones_art

PSYCHOPOMP TRAINING (online over Zoom) APPLICATIONS for the Beltane Portal are OPEN

A psychopomp is someone who provides compassionate witnessing and support to the troubled and stuck dead to help them cross the threshold.

Many don’t realize that we can also use these tools to support ourselves and resolve unfinished business.

In this training, you'll learn how to support the troubled and disembodied dead AND yourself in a safe way.

This isn’t only a psychopomp training...it offers each participant something unique to their own soul journeys.

We begin on April 12 at 6 pm eastern. Will you be there? Payment plans and partial scholarships are available.

**This is an advanced training that can bring up difficult emotions and memories, which can be destabilizing. It is important to be in a stable place and have a strong foundation in shamanic journeying techniques to join this training.**

**We will be working with poisonous plants energetically. There will be no discussion for internal or external use of these plants. I do not recommend using them in these ways** by @herbal_bones_art
