We’ve been blessed with some incredible burgers this year at the yard and @smiths_of_bourton are very much in the upper echelons of that.

The Cotswolds crew became a firm favourite after their debut this summer, juicy patties, award winning combinations and a near perfect bite.

We absolutely 100% go again this week with 2 residents and 5 fresh traders.

We absolutely love working with some many traders, we get as excited about the Tuesday line up announcement as you do.

So far this year we have had around 80 different traders join the party, and we’ve got plans for even more fresh and exciting street food coming your way.

🌱 🍔 AWARD WINNING VEGAN JUNK FOOD 🌱 🍔

We are getting asked a lot at the moment for more veg/vegan food at the yard, so we’ve gone and got the very best in the game for you!

@wholesomejunkies has a reputation for creating incredibly tasty and purely plant based burgers and sides, so much so that it has converted many people, including a few DDC team members.

Chelsea and her team are joining us after a summer in the fields of festivals, now they hit the hallowed pebbles of Herbert’s Yard

We’re hosting our VERY OWN Traitors Quiz on the 14th of October, with our VERY OWN Claudia Winkleman… well, sort of. Jord is getting the eyeliner out and we’re not sure we’re ready for what comes next.

🛍️ IT’S MARKET DAY 🛍️

Our favourite Sunday of the month is here with @birminghamartisanmarkets

Honestly, the only word to describe it is wholesome. Come down, have a browse, support some brilliant local makers and independents, then head over to Herbert’s for some seriously good street food.

A little Sunday wander, a bit of shopping, something delicious to eat and a drink in hand. Sounds pretty perfect to us.

In and outside the venue are some of Birminghams most creative and talented minds so come and enjoy it.

🔥 SATURDAY 🔥

So much fire in the yard today. Smokey Bbq’s pumping, spices and scents filling the air, Spanish tapas, slices and signed off with some soft serve. Super stuff!

Finally made it to @herbertsyard 🔥

This is somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for ages, and it absolutely lived up to it. Such a brilliant atmosphere, loads of incredible food and, most importantly, some genuinely lovely people.

Everyone running the venue couldn’t have been more welcoming or helpful, and we got to catch up with the legend that is my good mate @smokeyjoesbbq88 while he’s down there doing his residency. 🔥

We tried A LOT, so keep an eye out over the weekend because there are plenty of videos coming your way… 👀🍴

If you’re anywhere near Herbert’s Yard, get yourself down there, support the traders and go hungry. I genuinely couldn’t speak more highly of the place.

🍯 OH HONEY - NEW MENU DROP 🍯

The sweet treats that are @ohhoneyuk are switching things up for their Autumn/Winter menu with an absolutely banging cookie dough desserts. 🍪

Homemade cookie dough, scooped in to a pot and topped with soft serve ice cream and range of delicious toppings. 🍦

🛍️ LONGBRIDGE ARTISAN MARKET 🛍️

It’s that time again 🫶

The first Sunday of the month is when Longbridge comes alive with the @birminghamartisanmarkets crew and their wonderful traders.

It’s been such a wonderful addition to the area and we are delighted have them back, special mention to @longbridgeshopping and all the others shops and tenants for supporting it.

Of course we’ll be open from 12 so you can feed and water yourself after perusing the finest of Brum’s makers, bakers, collectors, curators and plenty more with 25 stalls.
