🇪🇸🔥 Thursday Tapas Night - Half Term Starts Here! 🍷🐷

I’ve been looking forward to this one for a while! We’ve got a friend coming round for dinner, so what better excuse to go all out with a gorgeous homemade tapas feast? 😍

Inspired by our recent visit to @herbertsyard and the incredible pork belly we tried from @tapas.zampa , I fancied putting my own spin on things!

🐷 First up, some beautiful pork belly, slowly cooking away with SPG, paprika and hickory until it’s lovely and tender. Then it’s getting finished in the wok with @smokey.rebel Miami Moho seasoning, lemon and a little sugar for that gorgeous sticky finish! 🔥

And that’s just the beginning!

🍷 Chorizo cooked in red wine
🥔 Patatas aioli
🥖 Beautiful bread for mopping up all those delicious sauces!

Good food, great company and a proper feast. What more could you want?

Plenty more videos coming from tonight’s cooking, so stay tuned to see how it all turns out! 👀

What’s your absolute must-have tapas dish? 🇪🇸

Another Day, Another Taste Unseen. 🌍🍴
