From not knowing if I was going to be able to make it, to actually being there was one of the best things to happen this weekend. So so sooo many amazing people and the energy was unmatched! LETS TALK ABOUT THE AMOUNT OF WOMEN.. UM HELLOOOOO @gymsharkwomen , the amount of support was so overwhelming and amazing to see!

No diet change (my diet isn't horrible.. i just love cheese and carbs) just the Stairmaster Ivl 4-6 for 20-30 mins after my all my workouts🙈😛
