Thursday Chest Session was on POINT!!!!!
The feeling of being in routine again and to feel productive again is such an amazing feeling. Embracing every muscle contraction, every movement, every set and rep. With the week almost over I can say I’m more than proud of myself and this just means that this years will be one to remember.

Yesterday Back Workout felt INCREDIBLE!!!!
The engagement I had with my back was on point. Each movement that I performed in these clips really allowed me to create a deeper stretch into the muscle, thus making the exercise more challenging and more effective. Overall 10/10 on the workout.

Day 20 of Mini-Cut:
Current Weight is 201lbs
Today was Leg Day Baby!!!, But Quad Focused. First time ever doing a squat variation like this before, these are called Heel Elevated Frankenstein Squats. I’d performed 5 sets of 10-15 reps, in this clip this was 4 set as well as my top set which is weighing at 225lbs. I performed exactly 10 reps on this set and it was a struggle and a fight to complete the set, but I survived and died😂😂😂🦾🦾🦾.
