When I say GET CLEAR ON YOUR MONEY… this is what I mean:

1. You need to know what’s coming in. The more ways you collect money, the more stress you will cause yourself. Oh and EVERY SINGLE PENNY should flow through your business bank account (not your personal account 👀)!

2. You need to know WHERE your money is going. Stop using that cash you collect each day. DEPOSIT IT and start paying yourself (instead of robbing your business).

3. How much are you saving? Every month your goal should be to spend LESS than you earned, so you can prepare for the unexpected and your future goals.

When I talk about “Getting Clear” on your finances, that also means knowing where you are missing income opportunities.

If you’re the girl who be like “want me to charge the card on file”…. That’s cool BUT don’t forget to say this…

“Here’s your total for today, you can choose your tip amount and confirm if you want to charge the card on file”.

Just put this into perspective:

-10 clients per week
-$150 average service with 10% tips = $15
-$15 x 10 clients per week = $150
-$150 x 4 weeks = $600 a month in missed income

Oh… and if you prefer cash payments, I promise you people are tipping in increments of $5 based on emotions 🫢

All that to say this…. your business creates the freedom you desire, so you can’t afford to miss out on income that you truly deserve!

Finally embracing the fact that I’m living in an answered prayer.🙏🏾

I retired myself from 20 years of Corporate Accounting at age 39.

I became a real-estate investor and serial entrepreneur at 40.

I’m in a new territory…and sometimes it feels VERY uncomfortable.

But the vision is clear and the intention is pure.

So y’all ride this out with me as I find my voice as THE FINANCIAL BRIDGE between salon suite owners and tenants.

There is so much room for wealth building on BOTH sides, the sooner we all realize that the model is intended to build collaboration and COMMUNITY, not jealousy!

Everybody wants the $10K month.

But nobody talks enough about what happens AFTER the money hits the account.

Let’s be clear, $10K earned doesn’t automatically mean:

- you’re profitable
- you can afford to hire
- you’re paying yourself consistently
- you have money saved
-you can take time off

So you find yourself saying, “where did it all go”…

See, making money was never the problem, it’s stewardship that’s giving you a run for your money.

You need to know what came in, what went out, what you can keep, reinvest…. ALL THAT!

Yep… I’m rebranding again and guess what?! I don’t care what it looks like… today is not about a “strategy”.

I know what I’m feeling and there is a huge pull on my soul to use my social media platform to connect with more salon suite owners and salon suite tenants.

Now listen… I love serving everyone in the beauty & wellness community. But the reality is, with my new business venture I am seeing an entire new perspective to the salon industry specifically.

I see the challenges as a salon suite owner and I also know the challenges salon suite tenants face behind the scenes.

This level of credibility is different…but someone has to be the bridge!

So I’m owning my seat at the table.

The Accountant. The Salon Owner. The Educator.

It all leads to the common goal… WEALTH!
