Our first GLAM Mentorship workshop was a success! Here’s a little recap: We started with shifting our mindset, because we’re not building on the past, we’re intentionally creating for our future! Then we officially introduced our first pillar of GLAM: “Get clear on your money” The conversations went deep. From how you receive your money, what account it ends up in and how you’re spend it… we covered it all. They left full with food and knowledge and now they have actionable goals to work towards. The best part is they also have a community to hold them accountable 🤍 Can’t wait for our next monthly session!!! #morethanasuite @hercrownaccounting x @puritysalonsuites

What an incredible weekend at Premier San Antonio! ✨ As the owner of Ideal Image Aesthetics and Wellness @idealimageaw , I am always looking for the absolute best innovations to bring back to my clients. Attending Premier San Antonio @premierebeautyshows the absolute must-go-to conference for beauty professionals—was exactly what my business needed! I had the privilege of connecting with some truly fantastic people and game-changing brands: Sara @refinedskin_co : She specializes in custom facials and anti-aging treatments, brow/ lash treatments, and waxing in a relaxing and serene atmosphere. I cannot wait to collaborate together! Sentio @lovesentio : I fell in love with their advanced light therapy for hair and skin. I even purchased one of their flat irons because it left my hair feeling and looking absolutely incredible! (P.S. Their collagen-boosting spray is a total must-have! 💆‍♀️✨) Gloss Genius @glossgenius : I met with their team to check out their all-in-one MedSpa charting system. It is a total lifesaver for aligning owners with marketing, booking, and payment processing all in one package. Glownar @glownar : Got to see their top-rated aesthetic equipment up close and personal. The technology is next-level! 🩺💻 Blanka Beauty @blankabrand : With their amazing high-quality skincare. I am teaming up with them to provide the utmost quality to my clients. Her Crown Accounting @hercrownaccounting ownaccounting : I attended an amazing lecture that left me feeling so empowered. She provided actionable tools to drive true financial success in my business. 👑📈 I am so incredibly happy I went to this event and met all of these inspiring industry leaders. I cannot wait to continue working with them and catch up again at upcoming conferences! 👇 Let’s connect! Did you attend Premier San Antonio this year? Who did you meet, and how did it change your business? Drop your experiences in the comments below! 👇 #PremierSanAntonio #IdealimageAesthetics #glowskin #AestheticsAndWellness #aestheticentrepreneur

If you’re paying for a booking system, use it to earn your time back! There is nothing wrong with being booked each month… but there is something wrong with missing out on thousands of dollars each month.👀😬 Imagine if 10 clients booked with someone else because your books weren’t open yet… at $200/per service that’s $2000 you missed out on. You tell me what that can cover??? Do you want to keep advertising to attract new clients or would you prefer to have consistent clients and consistent income??! When you operate as a CEO, you value your time more and your clients reflect the same energy!👌🏾

When you’re looking for your new salon suite home, make sure you find somewhere that values community just as much as you do! Yesterday, we treated our tenants to a night of fun at @beatthebomb. From the food, drinks, atmosphere…it was such a vibe! Everyone connected on a deeper level and found ways to support each other more. They left inspired and re-activated to continue building. As business owners, our success is determined by our relationships. Value them. Nurture them. Protect them. 🤍 #relationshipsmatter #buildcommunity #sisterhood #salonsuitesatlanta #puritysalonsuites

✨FinCrush — No. 4✨ Tamika S. Tabb This one is specifically for my beauty professionals. Y'all pay attention. You are running a FULL business out of your talent, your hands, your reputation, and your energy — and nobody set you up for the backend. Taxes. Bookkeeping. Profit margins. And then they act surprised when it's a mess. That's exactly why I'm introducing you to her. TAMIKA. These flowers are yours my cousin from another cousin, fin-sister, and friend — and they are so overdue. 🌸👏🏾 She is not just someone I admire in this space — she is family. Whenever life brings us into the same space she carves out time to actually build. Real conversation. We look at each other's businesses, tell each other the truth, and figure out how to serve our people better. Same heart for clients. Same love for God. Same unorthodox energy. She might not cuss as much as me (but if she needs to she will. 👀). But most importantly she is GOOD at what she does. I have watched her change life after life, business after business. She is my people. Full stop. Tamika built the GLAM Method specifically for the way your beauty business works — so you can stop wondering where the money went and start telling it where to go. Not generic advice you have to translate. Structure that actually fits. She says "run your business like an empire, not a side hustle" and I need that to land for somebody today. Your craft is already excellent. Let your finances catch up. 👑 Go follow her. 💅🏾👉🏾 @hercrownaccounting There is enough room for all of us. Different gifts. Different lanes. Same mission. Rising together will always be the move. 🖤 #FinCrush #WomenLikeUs #YoungRichRooted #WomensMonth #BlackWomenInBusiness #BeautyIndustry #FinancialLiteracy #BlackWomenWinning #HerCrownAccounting
