4,000 attendees. Countless connections. Endless inspiration. One unforgettable experience! 🚀

What an incredible week surrounded by some of the most ambitious, driven, and successful people in the real estate industry!

From meeting industry titans and learning from incredible leaders to connecting with agents from all over the world, eXpcon reminded me why I love being part of this community.

One of the biggest highlights was being recognized at the awards celebration as one of eXp Realty’s Top 250 Producers! 🏆 An incredible honor and a milestone I’m beyond grateful for.

But beyond the awards and celebrations, what makes this experience truly special is the PEOPLE. The conversations, friendships, shared knowledge, and willingness to help one another grow.

I’ve always believed that success isn’t just about how hard you work, but also about who you surround yourself with. Being in rooms with people who are achieving things you aspire to accomplish challenges you to think bigger, work smarter, and never become comfortable with where you are.

Every connection is an opportunity to learn. Every conversation can open a new door. And every experience like this gives me more motivation to take my business to the next level.

I’m coming home with new ideas, stronger relationships, a renewed sense of purpose, and an even bigger vision for the future.

For me, real estate has never been just about transactions. It’s about relationships, leadership, creating opportunities, and building something much bigger than myself.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where I’m going. There’s still so much to learn, so much to accomplish, and so many people I want to impact along the way.

Stay hungry. Stay humble. Never stop learning. Never stop growing. 💯

The value shared in this room is actually WILD!

Some of the top producers in the country and the most hungry individuals I’ve ever met.

Being in a room filled with people that are goal oriented, disciplined and know how to execute has helped elevate my knowledge, my process and the way I approach my business, which will in turn help my clients have a better experience, find better deals and enjoy the process that much more!

12 agents grabbed the bull by the horns in April and decided to run with The Herd. 🐂

Welcome to every single one of you.

For some, this has been a long time in the making.

I want to take a moment to recognize the individuals leading the way in production across our organization to start the year!

These are the top 5% of producers out of 300+ agents.

Our top 15 alone have already closed over $30M in sales volume in the first 3 months of the year… historically the slowest time of the year in our industry.

And more importantly, they’ve helped over 100 families achieve their real estate goals early in the year.

That’s making a lasting impact!

Some of these agents I’ve been running with for several years.

Others we helped get started from scratch just 1 year ago.

Different paths and timelines, but the same kind of standard is being held across the board.

In The Herd, we collaborate, push each other to grow, and continue to raise the bar together. 🐂

And the top team in our organization so far this year goes to…

The Property Hermanos Group‼️

14+ families served in the first 3 months of this year.

Over $4.1M in closed volume…

That’s more than most will do all year.

And not only are they leading the way in production out of the 300+ agents in my organization…

But they’re doing it while building a rock solid community of their own across both San Antonio and the Rio Grande Valley (South Texas).

This is what leading from the front looks like:

Produce at a high level.

Become financially free.

Then bring those who are willing with you...

And the top spot for production in March goes to @jasonlowies!

Over $1.8M in closed volume, helping 4 families achieve their real estate goals in the process. 🙌

If there’s anyone who has every reason to say “I don’t have time” …it’s him.

Yet somehow, he consistently gets more done than anyone I know who says they don’t have the time… despite having far fewer reasons.

It’s not that he has more time... He doesn’t.

It’s that he operates with a different level of urgency every single day.

If you’re willing to move now, execute now, and keep going regardless of what’s standing in your way… you’ll find a way to make it happen.

If not, you’ll find a reason why you won’t and inevitably delay getting to where you want to be in life.

Big shoutout to @_raysor for locking in our #1 Growth Leader spot in Q1.

He personally brought on 4 new agent partners this quarter alone.

I think this might be the first time someone in my organization has outgrown me in a single quarter, when it comes to agents personally sponsored…

And I couldn’t be more proud of that.

This isn’t about being the guy at the top forever... It’s about building your people up to the point where they can actually outgrow you.

Ian leaned in from the very start, took complete ownership of the opportunity in front of him, and executed at the highest level I’ve seen so far.

And because of that, his leadership is now setting the tone and pace for dozens of others that are following in his footsteps.

Proud of you brother!

I know you hear it often, but I mean it...

And this is still just the beginning. 💯

5 years in! 🐂

This all started with a small room and a few people who showed up consistently… Elmin was one of them.

Before real estate, he was already someone who stood out to me by how he showed up and went above and beyond to add value to those around him.

5 years ago, he became my first international real estate agent partner.

And today, he’s still here… selling millions in one of the most competitive markets out there.

MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to 4 of my direct partners: Riley, Ian, Tri and Lily.

All 4 of them just got recognized by our CEO for making the eXp 250 list for 2025…

Which spotlights the top 250 in our entire company for closed sides, out of 70,000+ agents.

Which is insane by itself... 🔥

…but honestly, that’s not even the part that stands out to me.

What’s crazy is how early they achieved it, starting from 0 with no prior experience.

The most experienced is about 4.5 years in.

The least is around 2.5.

All started in their 20s.

They locked in early.

And they all made the decision to go all-in and bet on themselves.

And then they just went to freaking work.

They became real students of the game.

Put in the most reps.

Stayed consistent.

Actually did what most agents say they’re going to do. 🎤

...and now they’ve closed more deals in the past 2 years than most seasoned agents will close in 10.

Each of them is doing 50+ deals a year, and this is still the beginning.

And what fires me up even more is the ripple effect they’re already making...

Between the 4 of them, they’re already leading 50+ other agents themselves

And now those agents are starting to gain traction, stack wins, and build momentum of their own.

That’s what this is really about...

I just feel extremely grateful.

Out of all the options they had when they got started...

All the brokerages, all the people they could have aligned with, they trusted me to lead the way. 🙏

But make no mistake, they built this.

I’m so proud of you guys. 🐂
