4,000 attendees. Countless connections. Endless inspiration. One unforgettable experience! 🚀

What an incredible week surrounded by some of the most ambitious, driven, and successful people in the real estate industry!

From meeting industry titans and learning from incredible leaders to connecting with agents from all over the world, eXpcon reminded me why I love being part of this community.

One of the biggest highlights was being recognized at the awards celebration as one of eXp Realty’s Top 250 Producers! 🏆 An incredible honor and a milestone I’m beyond grateful for.

But beyond the awards and celebrations, what makes this experience truly special is the PEOPLE. The conversations, friendships, shared knowledge, and willingness to help one another grow.

I’ve always believed that success isn’t just about how hard you work, but also about who you surround yourself with. Being in rooms with people who are achieving things you aspire to accomplish challenges you to think bigger, work smarter, and never become comfortable with where you are.

Every connection is an opportunity to learn. Every conversation can open a new door. And every experience like this gives me more motivation to take my business to the next level.

I’m coming home with new ideas, stronger relationships, a renewed sense of purpose, and an even bigger vision for the future.

For me, real estate has never been just about transactions. It’s about relationships, leadership, creating opportunities, and building something much bigger than myself.

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I’m even more excited about where I’m going. There’s still so much to learn, so much to accomplish, and so many people I want to impact along the way.

I wanted to put this together because I don’t think people realize how many different agents we have, in how many different markets, putting up big numbers right now!

This is what it looks like when good people take the right steps and just keep showing up, month after month, whether anyone’s watching the board or not...

Grateful to be building alongside each of you! 🐂

These past 5 months… 5 different stories, but one name keeps showing up at the top.

@chicago_riley has led our organization in production 3 of the last 5 months.

April at $2.99M across 11 units, June at $2.34M and August at $4.29M, which also made him #1 in the entire state of Illinois for both volume and units that month.

But this isn’t just Riley’s story. @_raysor out of South Carolina took May outright with $2.77M across 9 units.

And @agentloomis, all the way out in Orange County, California, closed a single $1.75M deal in July that was enough to claim the top spot for the month.

That’s the beauty of this business. It’s not always about the number deals you close. Sometimes it’s about being ready in a moment when the right opportunity shows up.

One more… I also want to recognize the top leaders in my organization for Q1.

These are agents who aren’t just chasing their next deal.

They could be anywhere, but they chose to be here building people and inviting others into something bigger for themselves and their families.

For a long time in this industry, agents were tenants in the brokerage while owners built the dream.

Here, we have the opportunity to build our own, earn ownership, create leveraged income, and help others do the same.

That used to be reserved for broker owners and franchise owners. Not anymore.

Today, many of the top leaders in our organization are running groups that outproduce entire local offices. All the upside, without the traditional risk & liability.

We’re not just agents... We’re business owners leading organizations of entrepreneurial agents on the most leverageable platform in our industry.
