Everybody wants to improve… until it’s time to make the workout harder.

I switched to a weighted jump rope and instantly felt like I was learning all over again. That’s how you know you’re challenging yourself.

The thicker, heavier rope forces better timing, more control, and makes your shoulders, forearms, and cardio work that much harder.
