I’m Jess, and this is the part of fertility care I support.

I help women navigate the mental, emotional, physical and energetic experience of infertility: alongside the medical care they may already be receiving👏

Not because your emotions are causing your infertility, and not because you need to become less stressed or more positive in order to get pregnant…Because you deserve support for the part of you that’s going through this, too.

If you’ve found your way here recently and you’re wondering how you can work with me, I want you to know: new ways to receive support are coming.

I’ve spent the last several months thinking deeply about what women actually need while navigating infertility, and about the kind of support I want Her Fertility to provide.

Not more things to do.

Not another list of ways to optimize your fertility.

Support for you in the middle of all of it.

The thoughts that won’t turn off.
The decisions you’re trying to make.
The emotions that can be hard to explain.
The appointments, waiting and uncertainty.
The moments when fertility starts to feel like your entire life.

I’m rebuilding Her Fertility around that.

He was so honest. Infertility steals the joy out of this process. Not because you want it to but because there is so much being poured into this experience:
Grief
Overwhelm
Waiting
Frustration
So when you finally do get pregnant it feels like relief not joy. It might also feel like fear 🫠

If you feel that way too, it doesn’t make you a bad person. It makes you completely human. You’re going through something that is extremely taxing.

That’s I’m having a new kind of conversation around fertility. One that includes this part too. Because pretending that you’re okay just adds to the noise.

Completely woo things I believe now that I’m a mom after infertility:

✨ your child chooses you. They select you to be the one to guide them through this life. Some call it a soul contract. Knowing my son now, I couldn’t agree more. I’m so grateful that he chose me and it is an honor to be his mama 🥰

✨ After a miscarriage, the soul is not lost. It simply returns to the spirit world waiting for another body before coming earth side. It’s hard for us to understand why this happens but maybe in the future we will know. Maybe we will never know why and that’s okay too.

✨ Vanishing twin happens when one soul asks another to accompany it earth side. It’s scary down here so this and these little souls can be sensitive and need reassurance as they come through. Having a buddy helps, but the second soul returns to the spirit world after some time.

✨ children come to teach us, not the other way around. Sure, we teach them the basics of being human, but they hold the key lessons. Parenting through this lens has been the biggest gift. My job as a mom is to love him, keep him safe & support him.

I’ve never shared this with anyone.
I’m sharing it now because I feel like there’s someone out there who feels bad for feeling this way too. If that’s you, you’re not a bad person.
You’re simply responding to something that’s painful.

And the hardest part is living with it in silence.

The ugly truth of living through infertility is that baby showers become a nightmare 😞

If you’re navigating your TTC journey and you wish there was another way to move through this experience - you’re in the right place.

The truth is, I lost myself during infertility. I couldn’t even recognize who I was because I was so bitter. I didn’t like that about myself but I don’t know what else to do.

I here to remind you that infertility is hard. You don’t need to pretend that it’s not. And I’m building something behind the scenes to make it less of a struggle.

But for now, I’m here sharing with you. Because you’re not alone. And you’re not a bad person. You’re simple living something very real. And I get it.

Out with the old, in with the new ✨

When you’re TTC, everything can become about “doing” something to “get pregnant” - which is understandable because that’s the goal. But what happens when you become so consumed by doing that your body starts to disconnect?

Here’s the reframe: instead of focusing on regulating your nervous system because you’re “supposed to” …. Do it for YOU.

Do things that make YOU feel better, because you deserve to feel good.

Do things that support your sleep because you deserve a good night sleep.
