Jess (@herfertility.support ), a certified fertility doula and the founder of a free fertility support circle for women navigating infertility, shared a concern that many intended parents have before embryo transport:

🧐 “My client wants to move her embryos to another clinic, but she’s afraid the transport could damage them. What should she do?”

In this video, our CEO, Peter Hura (@peter_hura ), explains how safety is maintained throughout the journey, and why the right preparation can make the process feel much less overwhelming.

We’re honored to be recommended by a growing network of trusted practitioners who support women and couples on their fertility journeys.

Swipe through to meet some of the reproductive endocrinologists, fertility specialists, acupuncturists, doulas, nurses, and women’s health practitioners who recommend The Fertility Class.

Our fertility-focused exercise program supports women trying to conceive naturally, navigating IVF and IUI, living with PCOS, regulating their cycles, and finding relief from PMS and hormonal symptoms.

We believe the best care happens when practitioners work together, and we are grateful to be surrounded by such an incredible community.

Interested in collaborating? We’d love to hear from you.

EPISODE 2 on The33andUpClubPodcast I’m joined Jess Tims founder of @herfertility.support an Infertility Doula who’s bridging the gap between what medical science can do to help families achieve their dreams, and the emotional and energetic drain this journey has on women. As a nurse navigating burn out, I wanted her perspective on what stress turns into in our bodies. What unfolded was a fascinating conversation about getting quiet enough to hear our bodies. It sounds silly at first, but as a lifelong cynic, I’m starting to understand that bodily sensations are important. That YES has a tactile manifestation. That interoception is so much more important than I ever could have believed. Now streaming wherever you get your podcasts.

Being asked when you're going to have another baby can feel painful even when someone asks from a loving place. Secondary infertility is often something people keep to themselves. You can feel grateful for the child you have and still grieve the journey to grow your family.

Both can exist at the same time.

This episode is a conversation about secondary infertility that more people need to hear.

A question recently came to us from Jess (@jesstimss ), a certified fertility doula who leads a free fertility support circle for women navigating infertility.

🧐 How easy is it to move frozen eggs from one location to another?

In this video, our CEO, Peter Hura (@peter_hura ), answers this question and explains what the process actually looks like and why it often feels much easier once the right team is guiding it.

🎥 Watch the video to hear his answer and learn more!

She had built her identity on being needed. On being capable. On keeping it all together.

And the second that got taken away…
She felt useless. She didn't know who she was.

It was a moment where she learned (and is still learning) that she doesn't have to be DOING everything to be WORTHY. She can be loved, accepted, enough even when she rests.

This episode was so good. Watch on YouTube (@livingxo) or listen on any podcast platform (Spotify, iTunes) at XO Conversations Podcast.

DM me if you want the direct link, or comment WORTHY. (just give me some time to reply, it'll be me not a bot)
