A dois anos atrás criamos a aula feminina de Jiu Jitsu na nossa Academia, lembro o Bruno me perguntando se eu gostaria de ensinar essa aula e eu sinceramente fiquei com friozinho na barriga com um pouquinho de medo sendo bem sincera 🤣, quando comecei a ensinar eram no máximo 3/4 meninas no tatame e eu estava super feliz por isso e obrigada a vocês meninas que estiveram comigo desde o começo , e ontem ver a classe com o dobro de meninas como nessa foto me deixou sem palavras, eu estou tão tão feliz , obrigado por cada uma de vocês por confiarem e estarem comigo. É um prazer ensinar vocês. @brunojacare obrigada por acreditar em mim mais que eu mesma te amo 💚

🌸It is a fact that in this life I have received gifts that I will be eternally grateful for- My sons, my husband, my career as a professional athlete, having been a world champion at only 21yrs old 🏆 And one of the best gifts was to begin training jiu jitsu when I was only 15 yrs old 🥋.

Today, being able to teach, I can give others the gift of jiu jitsu and this is a great blessing. 🙏🏻

Last Saturday I was so happy to see a bunch of women on the mat trying jiu jitsu for the first time. 🤗
If you want to receive this incredible gift for your life,
we have women’s jiu jitsu classes every TUESDAY and THURSDAY at 6:30pm and now also SATURDAY at 9:00am at KAIZEN. 🥋🌸

There’s just something special about being able to do a sport with your kid. ❤️

You get to learn together, laugh together, struggle together, and celebrate the little wins together. And along the way, you’re building a bond and memories that go way beyond the sport itself.

One of the things we love about Kaizen is that we have classes where parents and kids can train alongside each other.

Because someday they’ll be grown, and you’ll look back and remember that you got to do this together. 🥹🥋

Bruno foi terceiro da categoria, ele ficou em terceiro na categoria Leve, categoria Zika que tinha 71 escritos, e ele estava no podium, ele é zikaaaaa pra caralh🕷️☠️!!!!!!!!!!

Papai é terceiro do MUNDOOOOO. 🥉

Que orgulho de você tá maluco, chorei , gritei, tremi, fiquei nervosa, me estressei 😂MASSSSS senão for assim não tem graça, faz parte.

Dar aula do jeito que você dá, cuidar de nós, e ainda treinar e chegar em alto nível do jeito que você faz isso é para mostra o quão diferente você é, como dizem nossos filhos VOCÊ NASCEU PARA SER CAMPEÃO!

Dia 20 de Agosto de 2026. 💙

A exatamente 1 ano atrás estava nascendo mais um presente que Deus nos enviou.🙏🏻🙇🏻‍♀️

Deus deve ter pensado assim, vou enviar essa benção para eles para que sejam ainda mais felizes, e assim fez, obrigado, obrigado e obrigado meu Deus, porque agora nossa felicidade triplicou com a chegada do nosso PEDRO (pedroca 😅).

I was very happy to have promoted these incredible women.

They started training Jiu-Jitsu because of their children, and today they earned their blue belts.

Having your mother training on the same mats as you is truly a blessing.

Thank you, ladies, for being with me since the very first days when I started teaching.

Primeira vez na Califórnia. 🩵
Primeira vez no Mundial de Jiu-Jitsu. 🥋
Primeira vez na Pirâmide.
Primeira vez vendo o Bruno lutar na pirâmide (eu me tremia toda 🤣).
Primeira vez conhecendo a praia de Venice e vivendo coisas que eu só via em filmes.

E eu nunca vou normalizar isso, porque é da hora demais!

Mas, acima de tudo, o mais especial foi viver tudo isso ao lado da minha família. 🩵🙏🏻
