✨Habit stacking is vital on any journey … especially your health and wellness journey!

Here are a few habits I encourage my girls to focus on

1️⃣steps! 10k steps a day. Get outside. Enjoy the sunshine. Move your body and ground yourself.
2️⃣nutrition… start with meal prepping and meal mapping. Then start logging into a tracking app. From there build that habit to set yourself up for success.
3️⃣ accountability! If you are always starting on Monday, falling off by Wednesday or Thursday and restarting Monday. You need more accountability. Phone a friend. Get on a program. Hire a coach. Whatever you want to do, but stay on the train and don’t fall off. It gets hard. It’s sometimes not fun or easy, but it’s always going to be worth it.

I’m currently taking new clients for the Winter Arc Series. If you want more information dm me and let’s connect.

Sometimes showing up for yourself is hard. But discipline is important because the day you say “eh, tomorrow … I’ll do it tomorrow” is a risky game of does tomorrow come or do we just fall off that habit or routine for weeks, months or even years!

Show up every single day. Move your body every single day. It’s a gift we are given. A simple walk, a lift, a workout class, restorative yoga… the list goes on. Move your body and thank it for moving with you. What a gift we are given for our abled body. by @hermethod.co

Progress over perfection because showing up for yourself matters more than doing it perfectly. Her Method isn’t about being flawless. It’s about being consistent, intentional, and proud of every step forward. The method is the movement by @hermethod.co

Let’s be honest… you don’t need more random workouts from TikTok in your saved or on your camera roll. I know you’ve got them bc I once did too!
You need a coach who actually knows your goals, your schedule, your body, and your mindset.
A personal trainer (yes, even virtual) gives you structure, accountability, and a plan that actually works.
No more starting over. No more second-guessing every move in the gym.
Just real progress, real education, and someone in your corner every step of the way.
If you’re tired of winging it and ready to actually feel strong, confident, and consistent… I am your girl!
This is your sign. Take it

A year ago, Her Method was just a vision, built from my own healing, growth, and the realization that women deserve more than cookie-cutter workouts and pressure to shrink themselves.
This business started with one goal: help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again… not just for a season, but for life.
Since then, I’ve coached women through their glow-ups, their comebacks, and their breakthroughs. I’ve watched clients step into the gym scared and walk out empowered. I’ve seen women rebuild their confidence one rep, one habit, and one mindset shift at a time.
And honestly? We’re just getting started.
Her Method isn’t just a fitness program… it’s a movement. A safe space. A reminder that your goals are valid, your body is powerful, and you can rewrite your story at any time.
To every woman who has trusted me with her journey: thank you. You’ve helped make this vision real. Year two… let’s go. by @hermethod.co
