and she’s a graduate. 👩🏽‍🎓

words cannot even describe the obstacles that i have endured during this wild ride.

my god, my ancestors, my loved ones have showed up and out during this entire process and the gratitude that i have is unmeasurable .. to know me is, is to know how much i LOVE and have loved school. a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been supporting me and cheering me on this entire process.

this journey has truly showed me the full understanding of walking by faith and not by see, to trust and surrender.

if you would have told me at the beginning of 2023 that i was going to be a graduate and a licensed massage therapist by the end of that same year, i would have not believed you.. but i did and i devoured !

…but this is only the beginning, and the marathon continues 🏁

- with love & gratitude, your newest L.M.T.

BACK OUTSIDE @bornoutside.festival 🌿🤎

Last weekend Rem Soul Wellness pulled up to the Born Outside Festival with massage + assisted stretching, and the energy was everything.

One of my favorite parts of this work is meeting people where they are — whether that means creating a little more space in the body, exploring mobility, easing tension, or simply giving someone a moment to slow down and reconnect.

Thank you to the Born Outside crew for having me and to everyone who stopped by, shared a conversation, trusted me with their body, or simply came to say hey. The turnout was amazing, and I’m so grateful to have been part of it.

Hopefully I’ll see y’all again next year. 🫶🏾🌿
