Just wanted to pop in and share some raw, unfiltered content today. 🤍

I feel like social media can be so full of perfection sometimes, so here’s a little behind the scenes of my unedited Canada Day camera roll.

From a broken glass (thankfully it means good luck 😉 OPA!), to orange heat warning, equipment that suddenly decided not to cooperate. Fruit that looks perfect until you cut into it (not photographed), and a Squall warning towards the end… It’s just all part of the journey! 🙈

I’ve also been trying to balance documenting the process while actually getting the work done. By the time I’m finished shopping at multiple stores, prepping, juicing, blending, bottling, and cleaning up, my battery is usually empty. 🪫

I end up with so much beautiful content of everything that I’m excited to share, but this season I’m learning to give myself more grace. If I don’t have the energy to post after getting the work done, that’s okay. Same with outings, responding to messages, and everything in between ♥️

The world can wait. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Recharging my own battery is just as important as getting the work done and I always like to show up when my cup is full ♥️

I’ve been a little quiet because I felt like I didn’t have the perfect content to share this milestone yet, but this is my third fresh restock for Lavelle, and I’m feeling really grateful. 🤍

The best way to stay consistent on your health is to buy a few months worth of goodies at a time. I always stock up so I’m not scrambling. In today’s hustle and bustle the best thing is having a peace of mind 💙

Yesterdays orders 💙 + ps. Sometimes I walk out the house without realizing I splashed sea moss on my face. Shoutout to the customer who kindly told me one time when I was delivering! I get so busy I forget to check sometimes. At least it’s great for my skin 🙈🤪💝
