Health isn’t built through extremes.

It’s built in the quiet decisions we make every single day.

They may feel small in the moment.

But they rarely stay small.

This week, maybe that looks like,

🤍 Going to bed 30 minutes earlier
🤍 Taking a 10 minute walk after dinner
🤍 Eating less junk food/unhealthy fast foods
🤍 Not drinking from a plastic bottle
🤍 Soaking in the morning sunlight
🤍 Putting your phone away before bed
🤍 Swapping your coffee for Matcha
🤍 Choosing progress over perfection

If your body was your greatest investment, what would you do differently this week? 🤍

Just wanted to pop in and share some raw, unfiltered content today. 🤍

I feel like social media can be so full of perfection sometimes, so here’s a little behind the scenes of my unedited Canada Day camera roll.

From a broken glass (thankfully it means good luck 😉 OPA!), to orange heat warning, equipment that suddenly decided not to cooperate. Fruit that looks perfect until you cut into it (not photographed), and a Squall warning towards the end… It’s just all part of the journey! 🙈

I’ve also been trying to balance documenting the process while actually getting the work done. By the time I’m finished shopping at multiple stores, prepping, juicing, blending, bottling, and cleaning up, my battery is usually empty. 🪫

I end up with so much beautiful content of everything that I’m excited to share, but this season I’m learning to give myself more grace. If I don’t have the energy to post after getting the work done, that’s okay. Same with outings, responding to messages, and everything in between ♥️

The world can wait. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

Recharging my own battery is just as important as getting the work done and I always like to show up when my cup is full ♥️

I’ve been a little quiet because I felt like I didn’t have the perfect content to share this milestone yet, but this is my third fresh restock for Lavelle, and I’m feeling really grateful. 🤍

They’re officially stocked and waiting for you! If you’re visiting Lavelle, please treat yourself to one of my fresh blends and let me know which one you fall in love with! Kate Moss (previously served at Harbour 60) is now at @lavelletoronto ! I’m also loving the skin loving blend - Blue Magic, which I will eventually share more about in some later content 🥰

Every batch helps me refine my production flow, become a little more efficient than the last, and I get to enjoy the process a little more every time. ♥️

And of course, ending the day with some yummy sushi from @koijapansushi that I’ve been wanting to try for a while now made it even better! I loved the Hot & Sweat pocket sushi the most 😋

Something is brewing.. and I want to hear your thoughts 🩵

What’s in your dream mocktail?

• how does it taste? is it on the sweeter side? more tart? what about spicy? 🌶️

• fruits: pineapples? berries? apples? 🍏

• health benefits: energy? relaxing? detoxifying? gut loving? protein?

Ps. non negotiables: refine sugar free. clean, high quality real ingredients always 🩵

I’ve been thinking the past couple of days… How do I nicely transport 7 bags of 5lb protein + 6 bags of creatine with a 15 minute walk ahead of me? 🙈

Someone suggested Uber,
but I’d still have to carry everything down, into the car,
and out again at the destination.

They also suggested a trolley…
but I remember I broke the last one I had. The roads downtown are too bumpy! I also hate to take up so much space in the tight and busy elevators.

Then it came to me..

A suitcase!
Everything packed in. It would be the most seamless way to walk it over 😎

As a business owner, there will always be problems. From the little ones to the bigger ones.

It’s important to know how to tackle them. The faster, the better.

Don’t let yourself drown in the issues, and remember there’s always a possibility under the veil 🌅💫

Thank you for sharing this with your friends and buddies at the gym. So grateful you love them & for restocking your protein and creatine with me. Your loyalty means everything 💙

Nervous system regulation has been one of my biggest priorities since my severe nerve pain last year.

It’s set me back in a lot of ways.

Slowed me down.

It showed me that I cannot do everything alone. As much as I’d like to be a superhero and do it all.

It humbled me.

I also wasn’t able to workout normally for half a year and I lost my shape and confidence.

It’s so easy to compare ourselves to others on social media but we are all on different chapters and that’s okay. Ever since I turned 30 last year I’ve been giving myself a hard time. I felt so behind in life. But I’m finally accepting it. 🌸

I’ve been learning to slow down, be more playful, and remind myself that life doesn’t have to be all that serious and it’s okay that my life’s a little different than those I grew up with and those around me. ♥️

That’s when my cells started to expand and open. It allowed myself to live more freely and fluidly. I feel like I can finally breathe again. There’s so much inner work that goes into this and this is just the tip of the iceberg. I can’t wait to share it with you in the future. Bianca 2.O in the making. 🧘🏻‍♀️🌅🩵🪽✨
