Allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Hevi.

I am the exclusive guide to accomplished women who have conquered everything except permission to be fully seen, and I activate them into their truth so they can claim their influence on the world stage.

What I reveal cannot be unseen. What emerges cannot be unfelt. By anyone in the room.

She arrives wearing everything she has built. An identity assembled with such precision that the world never once questioned it and neither did she.

Every achievement and credential real and yet beneath all of it lies a woman the world has never fully met.

I see through all of it the moment she arrives. Not the executive. Not the Founder.

I see who she really is.

The version of her in full power and full expression, waiting in a timeline she has not yet claimed as her own.

That is the woman I speak into existence. Long before her own eyes have found her. I command her forward.

I do not guide women into the unknown. I guide them into the places I have already been.

I have stood exactly where she is standing. I took the leap, I was misunderstood and yet I arrived boldly. I carry the sacred map.

What remains underneath is something she has never had words for.

Bare. Bold. Infinite.

She knows who she is. She does not have to announce it. The world feels it.

From there, her reality reorganizes.
She stands on stages she once quietly believed were for someone else.

She is not marketed. She is magnetic.

The world reaches for her, drawn by something it cannot define and nor resist.

She inhabits a life so entirely her own that no one else could have dreamed it.

She becomes the permission for other women. The ripple does not stop.

It moves through every room she enters and every life she touches, simply by refusing to live a diminished version of her own.

She is remembering something ancient.

She was never becoming anything.

She was always already her.

I hold that truth with absolute certainty. My certainty is the bridge and I do not leave it until she has crossed.

Until the woman the world has been waiting for finally arrives.

I take 5 women a year on a journey of self-reclamation.

Powerful women are f*ucking exhausted.

They are tired of carrying it all, leading entirely from their masculine energy.

They’re living almost entirely from the neck up.

Everything is analyzed.

Every decision is mentally negotiated.

Even intuition becomes something they try to understand intellectually instead of something they allow themselves to experience.

Eventually, the body becomes something they drag behind them while the mind runs their life.

When we live this way, we can become incredibly efficient at creating lives we don’t actually desire.

We execute beautifully.

We reach goal after goal.

We just never stop long enough to ask whether any of it feels true.

This isn’t about rejecting ambition or choosing softness over power.

It’s about what becomes possible when you stop overriding your body and start listening to what it has been trying to tell you.

In this weeks Substack letter, I also go into the biology underneath this conversation and what some spiritual traditions call womb wisdom.

I share why I believe the answer was never to replace male domination with female domination.

The answer is harmony and it's time we stop overriding ourselves.

When did ambition become a form of self-abandonment?

In this week's YouTube video, I'm speaking about the common thread I've seen across every single client I've worked with over the last 4 years.

From Wall Street executives to moms who desire to rise.

The women I speak with are highly capable, courageous and disciplined.

By every external measure, they've made it.

What I hear underneath that success is rarely fulfillment.

Most of them have paid a price to get there.

There's nothing wrong with ambition.

There's nothing wrong with wanting extraordinary success and it's a big part of my own journey too.

I've walked this path myself after 10 years in corporate.

The challenge begins when we put all of our value into one basket and start playing a role so well that we convince ourselves it's who we are.

The world applauds the woman who sacrifices everything for the company, the role and the vision so at first it doesn't feel like a threat.

Eventually a quiet inner disconnection grows wider within us over the years.

It begins to speak through the body, through relationships challenges, through loneliness, exhaustion and burnout.

In the video, I break down two women who sit in the same room, in the same role, having the same conversations.

One creates from wholeness.

The other creates because she doesn't feel good enough.

The truth is its never about the thing but its about the energy behind the thing.

I believe so many women feel depleted in the corporate and business world and I know what becomes possible when we finally lead from our own truth instead of an identity that never belonged to us.

You did not come here to chase success.

You came here to lead using your innate gifts and create massive influence without self-abandoning.

The invisible gap between knowing and being.

Most of the women who come to work with me are not new to inner work.

They've read the books.

Listened to the podcasts.

Gone to therapy.

Hired the coaches.

They have studied all the modalities and yet one of the most common things I hear when we begin working together is some version of:

ā€œHevi none of this is new information to me. I know this stuff, so why am I still struggling to actually live it?ā€

I think that's one of the most important questions we can ask about transformation.

There's an invisible gap between knowing something intellectually and actually becoming it.

That gap is integration.

You can know you're worthy and still choose relationships that require you to prove your worth.

You can understand boundaries and still feel your entire body tense when you have to disappoint someone.

My client Jennifer, a tech founder came to me after years of personal development work.

She was incredibly self-aware.

Very little of what I said to her was new.

She knew she wanted to trust her intuition, stop overanalyzing, move through her life with more certainty.

She knew all of it and still, she said the thing I hear from so many women:

"I just can't seem to become what I know."

That was the missing piece.

She didn't need another decade of information.

She needed space to integrate what she already knew.

Over the year we worked together, it stopped being about giving her more to understand and became about helping her experience herself differently.

We processed what had stayed underneath her awareness.

We reconnected her to her body so she could come out of constant analysis and actually listen to herself.

She practiced making decisions from a different place inside her.

Near the end, she said something so rewarding to me:

ā€œAll this time I thought I was doing the inner work and while I gained all this powerful information, I now I finally feel like I'm actually experiencing it. I am being what I desire.ā€

Let me ask you this:

Are you actually living what you know or are you trapped in an endless cycle of information overload?

Why we came to earth…

This past week I was at an incredible women’s event surrounded by some of the most accomplished women in the world.

Women who had built 8 and 9 figure companies, created enormous wealth and achieved extraordinary things.

It was deeply activating being around women who think this big.

Yet somewhere in the middle of listening to all of these stories of success, I could hear this little whisper from my soul:

Is this all there is to being human?

Is the goal really to see how successful we can become?

How much money we can make?

How many people know our names?

Dont get me wrong, I too desire wealth, beautiful experiences and to see just how far I can take the vision that lives inside of me.

But I’ve never believed the accumulation itself was the point.

Because what is the purpose of success without contribution?

What is the purpose of filling our bank accounts if our wealth never circulates beyond us?

What is the purpose of having a powerful voice if we never use it for those whose voices cannot be heard?

How much love can we circulate while we’re here?

How many children can we feed?

How many women can we protect from violence?

I think underneath our desire for more is actually a much deeper human longing.

To matter.

To love.

To contribute.

To know that somehow this little life we lived meant something beyond ourselves.

I don’t believe we’re here solely for ourselves.

I believe we’re vessels for something bigger than us.

Yes we’re here to receive, to experience wealth, pleasure, beauty, travel and everything this human life has to offer.

But we have become so obsessed with accumulating all the things that we’ve forgotten what the things were actually for.

Money can become a resource.

Power can become responsibility.

Influence can become an opportunity to use our voice for something that matters.

Our gifts can become a contribution.

The truth is one day we will leave behind everything we have accumulated.

So perhaps the bigger question isn’t ā€œHow successful can I become?ā€

Perhaps it’s ā€œWhat is my success actually for?ā€

That one scene said it all…

Miranda is sitting in the back of a car reflecting on everything it cost her to become one of the most powerful women in fashion.

She talks about how much of her children’s lives she missed and says:

ā€œPeople should know. They should know there’s a costā€

Then followed by:

ā€œBut boy I love working I really doā€

I can’t stop thinking about that scene.

I spent a decade in the corporate world and for a long time I genuinely believed success required sacrifice.

I learned how to work hard, achieve, push through exhaustion and become the woman who could handle everything.

I was incredibly ambitious and I still am.

The difference is today my ambition comes from a completely different place.

There is ambition that comes from alignment and there is ambition that comes from survival.

For years mine came from survival.

I believed money would make me safe, achievement would make me worthy and being fiercely independent meant nobody could take my power away from me.

So of course I kept chasing.

This is why I don’t believe the problem is women wanting success.

I want us building companies, creating wealth, entering powerful rooms and doing BIG things.

I just don’t believe we were meant to abandon ourselves to have it.

So I want to ask you:

Do you genuinely love what you do?

Not are you good at it.

Not does it make you money.

Does it bring you purpose, joy and inner freedom?

Does it utilize the gifts you came into this world with?

Does your soul feel alive through the work you do?

Or have you become incredibly obedient at being the woman society conditioned you to be?

That question changed my life 5 years ago…

Today I still work hard and have enormous visions, but my work is no longer something I use to prove my worth or seek safety.

It is an extension of my mission and my truth.

The greatest tragedy isn’t becoming successful.

It’s becoming successful at a life you cannot stand.

Go build the extraordinary life.

Create the massive wealth.

Rise as high as your soul desires.

Just make sure it’s the version that sets your heart on firešŸ”„

You are one of the chosen ones.

You came into this world with your own unique codes, a gift, an essence, a voice and a way of being that was meant to only be expressed through you.

There is something you came here to contribute that nobody else can do in the same way because you cannot be replicated.

I deeply believe this.

Yet many of us spend so much of our lives becoming who we were told to be that we forget what we actually desire.

I see this constantly in my work.

I work with incredibly powerful women who have spent decades building successful careers and earning significant incomes yet they can feel that something is missing in their lives.

They are done chasing the world’s definition of success and carry this longing to create from their truth.

The truth is, if chasing money, status and power was the answer, most of us would be fulfilled.

There is often a deeper voice inside us that refuses to leave us alone.

I know this feeling intimately.

There are moments where I am randomly moved to tears when I think about the vision I hold for my life and the work I know I came here to do for women.

I think about the women I haven’t met yet, the stages I haven’t walked on yet and the transformations that havent been created yet.

There is a knowingness underneath it that I cannot logically explain.

Your version may look nothing like mine.

Maybe there is a book you want to write, a business you want to create or a message you want to share.

Maybe it is the way you raise your children, the cycle you choose to break in your lineage, the art you create or the way you choose to live.

There is no hierarchy of purpose.

What matters is that you allow your unique essence to move through you.

You were chosen because you were given this life.

The question is what you will choose to do with it?

What do you want when nobody else’s opinion is in the room?

Who would you become if you stopped waiting for permission from the world?

The world doesn’t need you to become a copy and paste of everyone else.

It needs you to remember your light and act on it.

It took me years to achieve a healthy relationship as a high achieving woman.

On Saturday my partner I celebrated our 6-year anniversary.

I woke up feeling a profound level of gratitude for arriving here, especially knowing there were seasons along this journey that tested us beyond measure.

I felt an intuitive nudge to share something I see repeatedly with the high-achieving women I work with:

ā€œI feel like I have to choose between my career and my love life.ā€

As more women are stepping into positions of influence, we’re navigating a question many generations before us never had to:

Can I experience extraordinary success and extraordinary love?

I believe we can because I am now doing it.

However, many of us have learned how to become incredibly powerful professionally while disconnecting from the parts of ourselves that create safety, intimacy and connection.

I previously fell into this trap too.

I grew up witnessing dysfunctional relationships, abuse, infidelity and financial dependence. I had no evidence of a healthy relationship to model.

So I developed a subconscious belief that letting my guard down to a man meant giving up my power.

My nervous system interpreted success as safety, even at the cost of connection.

Eventually I had to confront something uncomfortable:

I could no longer blame every man on earth, but I was the common denominator and that wasn’t going to grant me the intimacy I desired.

So I took radical accountability.

I learned to create safety within myself, be with my emotions and develop the inner trust I had spent years searching for externally.

Not only did my relationship transform, but my relationship with success did too.

I stopped hustling and tying my worth to how much I achieved. Ironically, my business expanded and I tripled my revenue that year while working 30% fewer hours.

I learned that softness wasn’t weakness and that I could be a powerful leader and a deeply connected inside my relationship.

Today, I have the honour of going women to do the same.

To create love and success rooted in alignment instead of performance and survival.

We have come a very long wayšŸ‘‘

For centuries, our roles were defined for us but for the first time in history, we are seeing powerful women step into leadership roles and influence at scale.

That is a massive win.

But we have reached a point now where something is asking to evolve.

For decades many women have succeeded by adopting a ā€œby any means necessaryā€ approach and maybe that’s what it took to get us here, but I don’t believe that’s what will take us forward.

Over the last 4 years I have worked with countless high performing women and I continue to hear the same things:

ā€œI haven’t slept properly in almost a decade.ā€

ā€œMy marriage is falling apart because I’m never truly present.ā€

ā€œI feel trapped inside the success I created.ā€

ā€œMy anxiety is through the roof.ā€

These women aren’t lacking discipline.

They are paying the price of overriding their biology.

Our bodies simply don’t operate on the same biological rhythm as men.

Hormonal shifts throughout the menstrual cycle and later through menopause influence our energy, stress levels, sleep recovery and emotional regulation.

That doesn’t make us less capable.

It simply means we’ve built a one size fits all template and expecting women to ignore the intelligence of their own bodies.

An example of this is running on a 9-5 work rhythm.

Then there’s our intuition.

So many women have an incredible ability to sense patterns, read the vibe a room and know what logic alone cannot explain.

Yet we’ve been taught that our gut feeling is unprofessional and emotion is a weakness.

Jensen Huang CEO of NVIDIA recently said the leaders of the future won’t simply be the ones who process the most information. They’ll be the ones who can act from a deeper knowing.

He is speaking to intuition and women have direct access to this wisdom.

I’m not saying women can’t succeed in environments traditionally dominated by men because clearly they can.

I’m asking...

What is it costing you?

What does it cost to spend decades overriding your body and ignoring the very makes you exceptional?

A woman picking up garbage offered me an orange and a new perspective.

Last week was a pretty intense week for me. Somehow, in the middle of summer, I managed to get laryngitis and lost my voice for 72 hours.

For someone whose mission is built around speaking, it was one of the hardest things I’ve experienced.

By Friday I felt better, but I was in a slump. I hadn’t been very productive while recovering and a part of me felt like I had lost momentum.

Instead of forcing myself through my to-do list, I closed my laptop and went for a walk but my mind wouldn’t stop racing.

I need to finish my website redesign, hire an assistant and record my next podcast. The list went on…

I couldn’t be present.

So I sat on a bench overlooking the water and did my breath practice until I felt grounded again.

That’s when I noticed a young woman picking up garbage. The park was empty except for the two of us and something in me felt pulled to speak to her.

She told me she volunteered every week because caring for the Earth gave her purpose and helped ease her anxiety.

Then she asked what I did.

As we spoke, she became emotional.

ā€œThis feels like a message from God.ā€

She shared that she’d wanted to leave corporate and follow the path her intuition had been calling her toward for years but had been too afraid.

As we said goodbye, she handed me an orange and said ā€œI don’t know how else to thank you.ā€

Then she said something I can’t stop thinking about.

ā€œThank you for showing me it’s possible.ā€

She didn’t care about my website, my content or my branding.

She simply needed evidence that another way of living existed.

She needed me present.

It made me wonder how many extraordinary moments we miss because we’re mentally living somewhere else.

Perhaps our greatest contribution isn’t what we produce.

Perhaps it’s the quality of presence we bring into every room we walk into.

So I’ll leave you with one question:

Are you so focused on asking, ā€œWhat else do I need to do?ā€ that you’ve forgotten to ask ā€œAm I fully here?ā€
