POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

No filters. No performance. Just the people I work with every day, standing for something that matters 💜

Behind every face is a name, a story, a life. This is for the women we’ve lost, and the ones still finding their way to safety.

Gender-based violence is a crisis in our country, and silence has never protected anyone. Ending it starts with all of us - seeing it, naming it and refusing to look away.

Madoda, sabelani. 🖤

Just a girl on her way to collect her medal 🏅

I’ve been in two minds about posting this…. I’m so proud of this PR, but it feels strange to celebrate it while everything happening in the country right now sits so heavy. Holding both at once - the joy and the weight.

Grateful for the run, grateful for the community, thinking of everyone carrying more than a medal this week 💜🤍🖤 taken in Johannesburg by @hey_tene

POV: you signed up for your big challenge of the year 👀

Kicking into gear with a half marathon training run done at altitude: 441m of climbing with a maximum altitude of 1964m above sea level ⛰️ Dullstroom - you’re a beast!

Who will I be seeing at this year’s Jacaranda City Marathon hosted by @farananiac? 😅 Only 9 weeks to go 😬

Food for the soul 🥰

As usual we had the best time at Lofthills with the family! I don’t think we’ve laughed as much as we did on this weekend 😂

Core memories = stored ❤️

This is what an “average runner” looks like on the Westcliff stairs: out of breath, unbothered, and here for it 🙋🏼‍♀️

A Sunday morning spent the right way - moving my body and showing up. I hope this little clip is a reminder that you don’t have to be fast to be a runner. Getting up and going out is what counts most 💜

Today I went out with no real goals in mind - except one: beat my time from last year’s @rockyroadrunners Gerald Fox Memorial Run 😅

I think the real key to success here was not putting any pressure on myself and running on feel! My training has been super consistent with some variety to keep things spicy 🌶️ With the guidance of @em_pallant & @peak_team_ac I achieved more than what I planned - swipe to the 5th slide to see the magic ✨

On to the next one 🏃🏼‍♀️🔥

We had fun running at altitude in Dullstroom this weekend! @cath_cawood always pushing us to do more 😜 @janineesteves_62 cruising at the back - slow and steady wins the race 🏁 and me, somewhere in between 😂👌🏼
