After texting my husband “this sucks😔” at mile 8, he immediately called me to hype me up. And he reminded me that the runs that are hard and you feel like crying but you still get through them are just as beneficial, if not MORE beneficial, than the best training runs where the hype, vibes, and energy are all there. Like I don’t even think I felt the runners high today (a for real tragedy😅) but I can at least say I pushed through when energy was low and when my attitude was not the best😂😅

Haha! It really is a stinker of a little hill. It’s small, yes, but it is steep enough to potentially wipe me out if I’m not careful 🤪 Especially running back down 😂😂

A tired mom pulls up to run…the conflicting feelings are hard to navigate 😂😂

This was from Saturdays run when I was heading to do the last part of it on my parents treadmill that can decline. I was being silly but the thought crossed my mind…I should just relax, close my eyes a little…wouldn’t hurt🤷🏼‍♀️😂🤪 Maybe next time lol.

It’s been a while since I’ve rocked stroller runs! And man!! That was hard hahaha. Probably because my oldest is bigger- obviously -but sheesh!! I almost called it good at 2 miles😂😅 Maybe I’m extra tired, maybe it was the stroller, probably both lol. I was just honored he actually wanted to go with me! I asked him the other day and he didn’t accept😅 Can’t be getting too cool for mom already!🤪

It’s comical that on the day I specifically wrote “just enjoy!” …I got lost😂😂 But even though it was a tough run for a few reasons other than getting lost, I still found some joy along the way haha.

Other than getting myself lost (haha 😅🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️) it was a strong week of runs and workouts! And the two outside runs I had were gorgeous! I have got to soak these days up☀️🍂🍁😆

I wasn’t far from my house, but just thought of taking a different way because I thought it would be faster… But I ended up not being able to find a certain trail for the shortcut I was going to take. So I was just lost in a neighborhood… hopeless🤣🤣

I should’ve pulled out my maps way sooner😅 I was just being stubborn and thought I could find my way on my own LOL🤦🏼‍♀️

I called my husband and he looked at where I was on his phone, then I finally looked at the map on my phone and found my way. But by the time I had done that, he had already loaded up the boys in the car and came to my rescue 😅🤣 Goodness gracious. Got Noah to preschool on time but definitely made Timothy late for work.

Sometimes you win, sometimes you feel like a fool for getting lost as an adult on a freakin run🤣🤣🤣
