Still kind of shock that 4 years ago, I was still holed up in a hospital wondering if I could *actually* be a nurse for the rest of my life despite desperately craving a creative outlet on the daily To now being recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Lister for education and creativity is something I could have never foreseen @ugcfoundations has helped +5000 people launch and scale their own UGC business from scratch through educational programs that supply them with the every single resource they need to establish highly marketable skills (from scratch!!) in the content creator economy. PART 2 IS UP BABY 👀 Leveling up as a content creator means shooting your shot, even if it feels uncomfortable. Negotiating brand deals is something that can trip up a lot of creators (& honestly me too esp if we’re dealing with higher 4-figure ranges) At this point in my career and era of life, I’m really prioritizing *how* I build wealth, not just the money amount so I do t want to accidentally get shiny object syndrome and totally regret taking on a project. …idk what do you guys think - would you have just taken the deal to secure the $7k or do you agree with how I negotiated?? 💕 BTW if you wanna get my full step by steps on how to become a UGC creator & actually scale your business, comment FOUNDATIONS to join my Masterclass for the full access 😋 by @heyimtran

👇🏼 A little over 2 years ago I finally moved my UGC portfolio off Canva and onto Squarespace. Since making that switch, I’ve closed over $300k in brand deals ($77k this year alone), and the biggest difference was the caliber of inbounds hitting my inbox 👀 💕 BTW, if you want to plug your own work into this exact setup, comment “PORTFOLIO” and I’ll send you the direct link to the Squarespace template in your DMs!! One thing I want you to know… An aesthetic website won’t save bad content. Strong creative work will always be the foundation of landing deals. But when you goal is land more high paying $5k to $8k packages, the brands who have those budget will be looking for creators to have the aesthetics & presentation to match that budget. Premium budgets look for premium optics. 👇🏼 how I edit a baking UGC brand deal in CapCut in under 45 minutes from running to Target for the Cravings by Chrissy Teigen carrot cake mix to baking at home, here is the exact CapCut workflow I use to keep turnaround fast: • storyboard first so you never edit without a plan • non-chronological hook with the final carrot cake reveal right up front • voiceover pacing with overlapping zig-zag audio trims to remove dead air • cut in new B-roll every 3 to 5 words to hold retention • export a clean cut before adding any styling • mix custom on-screen text with auto-captions • background music leveled to 3% to 5% and sound effects set to 50% • clear raw footage storage once the project exports comment CAPCUT to grab my CapCut course to learn how I edit my brand deals!! by @heyimtran
