Æther is the intangible: what has no body yet permeates everything. An invisible presence that moves through and sustains, without ever fully belonging to the form in which it appears. 🗝️

This is the second chapter in my exploration of re-mediation, an ongoing experiment on how the meaning of a creation shifts as it passes through different media. What began as a 2D drawing became a 3D model, then took shape in resin, and was finally captured in photography together with Cecilia Violeta. With each transformation there is a misalignment: something is lost, something is added, and something else Insists on remaining... 🗝️

Æther names that intangible core that travels across forms and media, beyond technique, yet still present within the work. The process remains open, tracing how far meaning can shift without ceasing to be... 🗝️ by @hhhhhhhhheidi

The Funeral of my Non-virtual Self.

Lately, I’ve been wondering whether the person I am on the internet resembles who I am in the real world, treating them as separate entities. Yet, one constantly affects the other. The more connected I am, the more complex my virtual persona becomes. It inspires me.

I embrace my virtual identity as part of my whole self.

She is alone in her room, the space transforms into a stage of desire and spell. The computer becomes a portal, screen and mirror where the absence of her lover is projected. There is no certainty of his arrival, only faith.

Candles burn as love spells, flames lit with the hope of anchoring the one who is far away. The room vibrates between ritual and screenlight. Lace, fire, pixels, skin.
It is his birthday. She celebrates in solitude, offering her body as promise and her desire as prayer.

“Entre a tela e o sonho” frames the condition of long distance love, caught between absence and dream, uncertain but alive in the hope of crossing the threshold. 🔐

A dialogue between the analog and the virtual.
The first collaboration of many to come… 🤍

Ciudad de Pájaro, vol. 01

What is life like here in Ciudad de Pájaro?
The same as everywhere else, I suppose. Like everyone else, I observe.
And what is it that you observe?
It depends on the month and the year… Lately, I’ve been observing how the powerful abuse their power with total impunity.
