she’s just a washed up dancer trying to find her place in this world 🧑🏻‍🩰

and so, here’s to another cert in the books! this time I had the privilege to learn from the best to ever do it. MAT PILATES CERTIFIED BB and still soaking it all in 🥹

@junglejohanna, thank you for sharing your knowledge so generously, for pushing us beyond what we thought we were ready for & knowing we could do it anyway ✨ and thanks for reminding this lil perfectionist that it’s not that serious.

@jessjoseph___, you are the sweetest soul & brightest light. thank you for providing such a safe space and for making each of us feel seen, supported & cared for 🤍

TTNJ4🍀 couldn’t have asked for a better group of humans to learn, laugh, crash tf out & then figure it all out with. we f’ing did it.

the year of unexpected side quests continues & while i fear we may have peaked, i’m not done pouring into myself. more doing what i love. more joy just because it’s joy. turns out, joy looks pretty good on me 💅

forever grateful for the gift of movement. and how lucky am i that i get to share that joy with others?

maybe one day the side quest becomes the main quest. taken in Soul Therapy by @hidianebascom

entered the next orbit around the sun a little softer. a little lighter. a little freer ✨

the past year brought a lot of change. the kind you don’t always recognize as good while you’re in it. but somewhere between questionable choices, chaotic detours, and letting life surprise me a little more, i realized change can soften you without shrinking you. turns out the things that stretch you also shape you.

(and just so we’re clear: she put in the WORK for all of it 💅)

grateful for the people who loved me through every version of this year. 🤍 taken in Shark River Hills by @hidianebascom
