BEAUTIFUL NEW CHAMPAGNE AND COCKTAIL BAR IN DENVER 🍾 #LaVieEnRosePartner @lverosebar is a new Parisian-inspired champagne and cocktail bar from the team behind Nocturne. La Vie En Rose took over the former Noble Riot space in Denver’s RiNo District, and they completely transformed the space. On the menu you’ll find sips and bites that include an extensive champagne list, a full cocktail menu, and delicious dishes from the kitchen. 📣BRAND NEW RESTAURANT IN DENVER 🥩 Denver, there’s a brand new restaurant opening next month, and you’ll want to have it on your radar. #TheStocktonPartner @thestocktonsteakhouse is the brand new concept from the Michelin-recommended team behind Corrida and Oak at Fourteenth. I got a sneak peek of the space and the Colorado beef focused menu, and I was very impressed with everything. The Stockton Steakhouse is located in the stunning Livestock Exchange Building at the National Western Stock Show site, which it was built in 1898. The Stockton team has been busy at work renovating and restoring the space and uncovering beautiful original details and lovingly updating every corner. For this event, we had a delicious meal of dry-aged New York strip, marbled potatoes, beef tallow rolls, caesar salad, and an incredible chocolate & hazelnut cake for dessert. The food was beautifully prepared, and I enjoyed every bite. The Stockton is set to open in late November, and reservations are open now (on Opentable). A huge thank you to the entire Stockton team for organizing such a special evening for all of us. BRAND NEW ART EXHIBITION IN DENVER 🪩 DIVA is a new exhibition that just opened at the @denverartmuseum . The collection comes from the Victoria and Albert Museum in London, and there are over 250 objects and costumes worn by legends like Cher, Dolly Parton, Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Taylor Swift, Rhianna and more. It was incredible to see all of these pieces in person, and to get to hear about the impact that all of these legendary performers have made throughout history. Huge thanks to the Denver Art Museum for having me out to the opening night gala! This new concept comes to us from the team behind @mizuna_denver , and I was excited to see what they’ve been working so hard on. VICTORIAN DEATH EXPERIENCES TOUR IN DENVER 🪦 If you’re as obsessed with Victorian history as I am, then this tour in Denver will be right up your alley. 🥀The Center for Colorado Women’s History is located next to the Denver Art Museum in a beautiful Victorian mansion that was built in 1883. Starting October 1, they’re hosting a special series of tours, “Victorian Death Experiences” which allows you to step into a death experience of the past, and to witness what experiencing death and mourning would have been like in the late 1800s. This historic mansion is absolutely gorgeous and they’ve decorated the house for mourning, and will teach you about peculiar death rituals, grisly artifacts, and share stories of death’s presence in Denver. They welcome you to wear mourning attire and to come prepared to attend a Victorian Wake. The tour is offered on Thursdays, Fridays, and select Saturdays in October, and due to the nature of the content, it’s not recommended for little children. 📣BRAND NEW CARS + COFFEE SHOP IN DENVER ☕️ Denver, @flatsixcoffee is officially open today, and I was so excited to go check it out. Flat Six describes themselves as an automotive-enthusiast-inspired coffee brand, car club, and event space. They just opened near South Broadway, and the shop is absolutely gorgeous. The porsche-themed space will also be available to rent for photo shoots, private parties, car showcases, and more. On the coffee menu, you’ll find everything from standard lattes and cold brew, to hojicha and matcha. It’s a great place to work, with both tables and couches available, as well as outlets. Flat Six Coffee is having their grand opening this Sunday, 9/6, with plenty of cars to check out. Congrats to the Flat Six team on the opening!
