Thank you all for joining the High Radiance Spring Gathering!🌀During the Spring Equinox we hosted a lovely first edition: a curated pop-up market and full day workshop program to prepare you for the season to come. SPRING IS HERE 🌱 Many beautiful artists, creatives and teachers joined to make this a success. Big SO to them!

Zaterdag is het zo ver! MEET THE BRANDS for the @high_radiance Spring Gathering 🌀

Een (free entrance) pop-up markt vol kunst, sieraden, keramiek, skincare, leather goods, mode, vintage en meer.. Van 10:00-17:00 uur zijn de markt en ons café geopend. In het café kan je terecht voor ontbijt, lunch en borrel. Wees welkom, ook met kinderen! Zij kunnen zelf een eigen smudgestick maken.

Daarnaast hebben we een workshop programma samengesteld om je helemaal ready te maken voor het nieuwe seizoen.

A Spring Equinox gathering offering space to reset, realign and step consciously into the new season.

As day and night come into perfect balance, this spring equinox gathering offers a space to reset, realign, and step consciously into the new season. Through an improvised meditative concert attuned to the energy of the group, Stacey weaves quartz crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes, a crystal harp, Tibetan bowls, and tuning forks into a deeply immersive sonic landscape.

Together we’ll set intentions for the months ahead and journey inward through sound and frequency; inviting release, clarity, and renewal. You’ll leave feeling balanced, centred, and harmonised with the turning of the season.

ABOUT STACEY
Stacey Griffin is a certified sound therapist and meditation teacher based in Amsterdam, originally from Canada. A pioneer in contemporary sound healing, she has shared her immersive approach with audiences worldwide - from gatherings like SXSW and Wanderlust to global brands including Gucci and Mercedes-Benz, as well as museums and underground cultural spaces.

With over a decade of experience and more than 500 sessions, ceremonies, and performances, Stacey now leads Shift’s bi-annual 3-month Sound Therapy Training, currently in its 11th edition, with over 200 graduates worldwide.

Spring equinox marks the moment the light returns, a natural invitation to emerge, reconnect and explore what has been quietly stirring within us through the darker months.

10 AM Breathwork

Alicia, will guide you through a session working with a softer form of conscious connected breathwork — gentle enough to ease into, yet powerful enough to be deeply transformational and shine light on what rests in our subconscious. Come with an open mind and a willingness to explore, and give yourself space to integrate the experience afterwards. Stay to enjoy a cup of herbal tea and wander through the pop-up market.

ABOUT ALICIA
Alicia Berkvens is a systems biologist working in the field of immune health, and a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep love for Vinyasa and yoga nidra. Her PhD research, exploring how bacteria enter dormant states to prepare for future stress, turned out to be a surprisingly fitting parallel to the restorative states she now guides others into. Having experienced firsthand how yoga nidra can shift something fundamental, she feels called to share these deep, healing states of rest through group classes, workshops, online programs, and teacher trainings.

On Saturday 21 March, we’re celebrating the spring equinox with a curated gathering at CoachHouse61 in Amsterdam. Join us for a day of seasonal rituals and remedies that honour the turning of the season. Alongside workshops, there will be a pop-up market bringing together art, vintage finds, local craft, and natural products.

The wildest pregnancy craving I have had up until now, at most happened twice, were snickers and soft serve ice cream. I definitely have pregnancy cravings but in fact these are: homecooked wholefoods, mostly prepared with my own hands. My true craving is to connect with the food and my body, to prepare it with nurturing intention and enjoy the dish with my loved ones. One thing I have learned is no matter how nauseous or tired I was, I had to choose for myself and make the effort.. to make myself feel better.. I needed to allow myself time, sink in uncomfortable feelings of nausea, and at the same time enjoy the space in the kitchen, experiment and listen to the needs of my body. Lots of bright coloured veg & fruits, different textures, raw & cooked. Also have a particular dish I can eat everyyyy day Spicy Veg Miso Ramen.. Guess it is the warming broth, spices, lots of veg toppings and fresh herbs that just fulfill my soul and growing belly in this slowly unfolding spring season. My alllllltime favourite wombfruits are raspberries and blackberries. 💕 They are just everything to me. 🤭💞💖🥰 Their form, colours, flavours, sweetness, softness, their properties. Zya and I made a vulva of the berries. At the same time explaining her the varieties in vulva, how all women are unique and where the portal is for a baby to enter our world. Her comment was ‘let’s make more vulvas’ hihi 🪷

I never wear gloves foraging Nettles because they do not sting if you pick them following the growth of their fire hair. Even if they sting you remember it is cleansing! Keep the fire burning 🔥

Search for the beautiful & green Nettle tips with deep red colored leaf on the bottom to have the most nutritional value. This red color refers to the blood where Nettle can be helpful to cleanse and strengthen. Loved this pesto because it has somethings smokey and kind of seaweed- like. Nettle is so rich in nutrients that it tastes a bit earthy & salty. Save this one to learn bits about Stinging Nettle and an easy recipe. Share a comment with me below if you like this! Have fun foraging this superfood 🌿

All I use is locally foraged or organic produce. Lots of Stinging Nettle tips, lots of extra vierge olive oil, 3 spoons of smoked almonds, 150 grams of feta cheese, 75 grams of pine nuts, salt to your own taste, lotsssss of black pepper.
