The kick-off of a cherished tradition. Truly a dream ☁️🃏⚜️ expect many more bizar outfit creations and party pics later on.. I have curated this playlist carefully during the pregnancy of my second daughter Eve Océane Azul. To guide me through all the feels, moments of joy, tears and the transformative journey of giving birth. This music playlist is sacred to me, finding out that each song played a significant role in my birth process. I also sing few of these songs, calming my children, singing them to sleep. If I want to support my own nervous system, this is my go to playlist. A lot of those are medicine songs, the lyrics are healing mantras in different languages. I hope it finds you well and you will enjoy it, even without pregnancy or birth coming up.

Please forward to future mom friends or family, wishing you/them a blessed time in pregnancy and birth.

I remember well there was a crucial moment in birth when I had to change position, get my body moving and knew that the most difficult part was yet to come. Then this song enters the room: She is boundless. It is those gentle and subtle reminders of the energetic world, letting a message like this come through in the right moment, so I felt carried to gather my strength and remember that my body was made to give birth.

“Autumn is a season of gathering what has grown, acknowledging our own growth, and releasing what we’ve outgrown. As plants begin to pull their energy inwards, we slowly do the same.

It’s a beautiful time for berries and roots! Elderberries, hawthorn berries and rosehips grow wild around us and help support our immunity. I also reach for warming herbs and spices like ginger, turmeric, echinacea root, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and cardamom 🫚🤎

For me, autumn is about building resilience, staying grounded and slowly moving towards a more inward focus.”

#ad by @emanuellevos

Such a blissful weekend hosting two workshops in the series ‘Herbs & Rituals’ - this time around sensuality and herbs. Which plants and spices elevate our mood, spice up our mojo, calm us down after a busy day and bring us back into our body. We have explored plants & touch, ending the session with a sound meditation. Lovely group energy in the beautiful space of @the_stargate_ where I will be more often in near future as a resident guide. Finding connection through music and plants is truly a delightful and nourishing path @high_radiance • thank you all for joining and if you couldn’t make it this time, let us know if you’d like to receive an update for the next workshops and circles. by @emanuellevos

‘Bam Bam’ in Amsterdam 🎶 Today we, @vinthi.a , @emanuellevos, @querinevtlam and I @miluskavantlam learned @ralphbeaubrundanceclasses choreography to the song Bam Bam by HUGEL & SOLTO.

Ralph is a Paris-based dancer (I rather call him a dance icon), choreographer and movement coach with Haitian roots, who truly loves inspiring everyone to dance. So we (oh my gosh, those women have got the moves!) felt right at home, and by the end, we couldn’t think about anything else but Bam Bammmmmmm 🎶🎶

See you next year, Ralph, when you’re back in Amsterdam. You truly made our day! Thank you for sharing your talent, love, magic and joyyyyyyyy!🤍

By the way: Ralph is also sharing lessons online:) by @emanuellevos
