“Autumn is a season of gathering what has grown, acknowledging our own growth, and releasing what we’ve outgrown. As plants begin to pull their energy inwards, we slowly do the same.

It’s a beautiful time for berries and roots! Elderberries, hawthorn berries and rosehips grow wild around us and help support our immunity. I also reach for warming herbs and spices like ginger, turmeric, echinacea root, cinnamon, cloves, star anise and cardamom 🫚🤎

For me, autumn is about building resilience, staying grounded and slowly moving towards a more inward focus.”

‘Bam Bam’ in Amsterdam 🎶 Today we, @vinthi.a , @emanuellevos, @querinevtlam and I @miluskavantlam learned @ralphbeaubrundanceclasses choreography to the song Bam Bam by HUGEL & SOLTO.

Ralph is a Paris-based dancer (I rather call him a dance icon), choreographer and movement coach with Haitian roots, who truly loves inspiring everyone to dance. So we (oh my gosh, those women have got the moves!) felt right at home, and by the end, we couldn’t think about anything else but Bam Bammmmmmm 🎶🎶

See you next year, Ralph, when you’re back in Amsterdam. You truly made our day! Thank you for sharing your talent, love, magic and joyyyyyyyy!🤍
