Devotion 🔥 What it is — and how it feels — has been coming up for me a lot lately, especially in connection to my own personal dharma. See, devotion isn’t about attachment. It’s more like a compass… a North Star. ✨ A constant guide — steady and true. The more I allow myself to soften and feel, the more open I become to the path. And yes — it’s sensual. Because that’s how we experience the world — through our senses, through presence. And the more I move into alignment with my own dharma, and deepen my devotion to it, the more at ease, peaceful, alive, and electrified I feel.⚡️ #yoga #dharma #8limbsofyoga #devotion #yogateacher #yogini #yogi #purpose #thepath #hotyoga #highestexpressionwellness #highestexpression #gratitude #itsallyoga #love #goldenhour #goldenhour by @highest_expression
✨ Svādhyāya is Self-study✨ I don’t usually seek postures out — they tend to reveal themselves in the natural flow and play of the practice. There’s often that spontaneous moment of “whoa, I didn’t know that was possible,” followed by excitement, curiosity, and a commitment to explore what else might be there. One of the beautiful gifts of a ✨Free Style Vinyasa Flow class is exactly this: the freedom and space for self-discovery — to bump into your edges, find expansion, and move beyond what you thought was possible. This shows up physically, yes, but it so much more than that. You might just feel your spirit ignite through the alchemy of this transformative practice. 🔥 Truth: I find ease in Hanumanasana and many of its variations, but this one — with the foot touching the head — has always eluded me… until recently. Through playful exploration, a few pieces clicked together — and the path to move in presented itself. ✨Be guided by the breath, tap into your physical intuition. The body knows — simply allow it to move: the layers will unfold and the magic will happen.✨ #selfstudy #svadhyaya #hanumanasana #splits #yoga #highestexpression #highestexpressionwellness #yogini #yogi #hotyoga #yogateacher #8limbs #yogasana #yogalife #devotion #yogainspiration #tyla by @highest_expression
✨🦜Sound on for the birds of Koh Samui, Thailand. Take me back to a little piece of this island magic🤍🌴 Lately, I’ve been weaving more spinal waves, fluid mobility, and unfamiliar movement patterns into my yoga practice, inviting curiosity, presence, and play into an ever-evolving flow. Exploring articulation through the vertebral column, moving beyond habitual patterns, and challenging proprioception all engage neuroplasticity, refining the connection between brain and body. What initially feels unfamiliar can become fluid and intuitive, opening new possibilities for mobility, coordination, and freedom of movement. What if exploring new ways of moving left us feeling more alive, vibrant, and connected? And if we happen to tap into our own fountain of youth along the way… beautiful. ✨ 📍 Location @vikasalife ✨ Lineage @becomeayogi #yogateacher #freeflow #neuroplasticity #vinyasaflow #mobility by @highest_expression
✨Scorpio New Moon | Return to Community 🌑✨ There is something beautiful about coming together with intention, creating space to slow down, connect, and explore the possibilities of transformation. As we move deeper into Scorpio season, we’re invited to look beneath the surface, explore what is ready to change, and reconnect with the power we already hold within ourselves. On Saturday, November 7, we’ll gather for a beautiful evening of sacred cacao, astrology, breathwork, movement, intention setting, and sound healing. We’ll also explore a little herbal alchemy, creating our own botanical bundles to take home as a reminder of the intentions we’re cultivating. 🌿 And, of course, there will be moon tea, little bites, and plenty of time for connection and community. ✨ Saturday, November 7 🌙 6:00–9:30 PM 📍 Near Cedar Lake | Minneapolis Our gathering is already halfway booked, and we’re keeping it intentionally intimate. If this evening is calling to you, I’d love to have you join us. 🤍 Registration is available through the link in my bio, or simply comment SCORPIO and I’ll send you the details. Return to Community. ✨🤍✨🌷 #scorpionewmoon #cacaoceremony #soundbath #minneapolisevents #twincitieswellness by @highest_expression
The season is shifting✨🤍✨ The light is fading, and Scorpio season is upon us. As the earth turns inward, so do we. Diving into the depths, into the mystery, and into all that lives beneath the surface. Scorpio is the sign of the hidden, the taboo, and profound transformation. Represented not only by the scorpion, but also by the serpent, the eagle, and ultimately, the phoenix. Each a symbol of evolution and rising into something new. You’ll never find a creature that values freedom and transformation more deeply. This Scorpio season, perhaps it’s time to call on a little of that phoenix energy. 🐦‍🔥 #scorpioseason #scorpionpose #vrischikasana #yogareels #inversion by @highest_expression
✨Autumn Equinox • 108 Sun Salutations ✨ 108 is a sacred number woven throughout yogic traditions, often associated with wholeness, devotion, completion, and transformation. In this practice, we bring this sacred number into movement. Linking breath and movement, 108 Sun Salutations becomes a moving meditation. Through the simplicity and power of the practice, we build a steady inner fire, creating the potential to alchemize what is ready to shift and step more fully into who we already are. At the equinox, we practice together in community at the threshold of a new season. A return to ourselves. A return to one another. A Return to Community. Join me for a 2-hour gathering to welcome the new season through: Breathwork 108 Sun Salutations Restorative Yoga Sound Bath Tuesday, September 22 6-8 PM Möv Hot Yoga @movhotyoga Led by Jennifer Kosch If you feel called, I would love to practice with you. ✨Möv Free Flow✨ @movhotyoga I’m so excited to begin sharing this practice of 7 doorways vinyasa at Möv Hot Yoga. Möv Free Flow is a modern, breath focused Vinyasa practice rooted in the Ashtanga lineage and ancient Yoga traditions. We move through the arc of the 7 Doorways, using structure and intentional sequencing as a container, while leaving space for freedom, intuition, creativity, and exploration. One of the things I love most about this practice is that your edge belongs to you. Your practice does not have to look like anyone else’s. One day your practice might be calling you toward something challenging. On another, it may ask you to consciously stay present with the breath, slow down, rest, or choose something entirely different. The invitation is to listen inward. To become curious. To trust your own body and intuition. To explore what is present rather than trying to force yourself toward what you think your practice should be. For me, this is where the practice moves beyond the physical. It becomes a space for self study, choice, trust, sovereignty, and remembering. Yoga is not asking us to change. It continues to invite us back into deeper relationship with who we already are. This offering is deeply inspired by the teachers and traditions that have shaped my path, including my studies with @becomeayogi and @kestyoga and I’m grateful to continue exploring and sharing this lineage here in Minneapolis. Sundays at 4 PM 75 minutes @movhotyoga Beginning September 13 Closing with a mini sound bath. ✨🤍✨ by @highest_expression
300 hours of practice, study, sweat, devotion, curiosity, friendship, and becoming. Thailand gave me far more than a certificate. It gave me a deeper trust in my path, a community l will carry with me, and memories that still feel sun-soaked and slightly unreal. My heart is full. We graduated in white and then sailed into the sunset. Devotion. Curiosity. Adventure. 📿 300-Hour YTT @becomeayogi 🏠 @vikasayoga 📍Koh Samui, Thailand #highestexpression #becomeayogi #7doorways #devotion #yoga by @highest_expression
Devotion to your dharma means bringing forth what is within you. Not the polished version. Not the perfected version. The true one. The part that sweats, shakes, tries, falls, burns, rises, and keeps stepping back in. Listening deep within. This is your highest purpose. Your Dharma This is your gift to the world. 🧘🏻‍♀️300 Hour @becomeayogi 📸 Photos @satori.frames satori.frames 🏠 Shala @vikasayoga 📿 mala @soulume_store #highestexpression #dharma #yoga #sevendoorways by @highest_expression
