Hi, I'm Tara. 💕

The woman behind The EmpowHer Method and HighHER Energy.

I'm 36, a mother, carer, advocate and hopeful entrepreneur, figuring out how to build a life and business that I'm proud of.

I've spent almost 20 years in the wellbeing industry, working as a massage therapist, baby and infant massage practitioner, and SEN massage practitioner.

I'm also a life coach by experience, passionate about manifestation, fitness, nutrition and understanding what it means to truly look after yourself.

But this isn't about collecting titles.

It's about everything I've lived through, everything I'm still learning, and how those experiences have shaped the woman I am becoming.

EmpowHer Method is about experience-led healing.

It's about learning to regulate your emotions, understanding yourself more deeply, reclaiming your energy, building your strength, raising your standards and creating a life that feels intentional.

HighHER Energy is about remembering that your energy is your power.

I'm still studying, learning, growing and figuring out exactly how all of this will come together. I'm not here pretending to have it all worked out.

I'm building this as I go.

And that's what I want to share with you.

The real story. The lessons. The setbacks. The little wins. The healing. The fitness journey. The business ideas. The messy middle of becoming the woman I know I'm capable of being.

I want to build something meaningful for my boy and myself, and hopefully create a space where other women feel inspired to do the same in their own way.
