Never underestimate the POWER of someone believing in YOU! 💙💛

Jari courageously shared her journey of being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and how ONE person, Rosalind Booker, believed in her potential.

Today,Jarielle Wilson stands as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Collin County! 👏🏽

What a powerful reminder that your diagnosis does not define your destiny, and sometimes all it takes is ONE person to see greatness in you before you see it in yourself!

Believe. Empower. Lead. 💙

Bestie, why am I JUST finding out about this?! 💎

There’s a spot right here in Arlington with Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie + Free People for up to 50–60% OFF, and you already know I wasn’t keeping that information to myself. 👀🩷

@itsreclectic carries new-with-tags pieces, customer returns + pre-loved Nuuly finds, and everything is organized by size, color and clothing type.

So basically, cute clothes, discounted prices, and we don’t have to dig through complete chaos to find them. We love that for us. 😂

💎 NEURODIVERGENT ENTREPRENEURS, THIS ROOM IS FOR YOU.

If you’ve built a business while translating yourself into systems that were never designed for your brain, join me at the Attract Abundance Conference.

I’ll be speaking and joining a panel on the future of neurodivergent entrepreneurship.

We’ll talk about building businesses without shrinking your vision, hiding your differences, or forcing your work into outdated models.

My work sits at the intersection of neurodivergence, entrepreneurship, AI, systems, branding, real estate, and scalable business strategy.

Neurodivergent entrepreneurs don’t need smaller ambitions.

We need systems built to support the size of our vision.

📍 Attract Abundance Conference
📅 October 23–25

Registration is open.

Real estate has been getting a lot more fun lately. 💋🏡

Cute outfit. Good people. Right rooms. And apparently, I’m leaving with prizes too.

If there's an opportunity to win, I always leave with something 😂

Just your neighborhood bestie, outside building relationships, making connections, and maneuvering. 💕

Congratulations on another beautiful grand opening, and on 10+ years of success in new home sales. 🏡

🥂 Here’s to many more!

Your neighborhood bestie 💕

I stopped trying to become easier to manage and started becoming better at managing myself.

For years, I thought some of my biggest struggles as an employee were personal failures. I needed clear expectations. Direct communication. Autonomy. Systems that actually made sense to my brain.

Then I started stepping into leadership.

And I realized…wait. 😂

A lot of what I needed as a neurodivergent employee would have made the work better for EVERYBODY.

Clear communication helps everybody.
Delegating according to strengths helps everybody.
Understanding the vision helps everybody.
Giving people room to do great work helps everybody.

So now, as I grow my business and prepare to serve as incoming President of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, I’m asking a different question:

What happens when we stop trying to make people fit the way things have always been done and start creating environments where they can actually thrive?

That’s the kind of leader I’m learning to become.

And if you’re building a business, stepping into leadership, or learning how to work with the brain you have instead of against it, I want you in this community.

There’s a seat at the table for you.
You can sit with us. 🩷

Your neighborhood bestie,
Jari 💐🩷

Sometimes home recognizes you before you recognize it.

California was the life they knew. Texas was the life they weren’t yet sure they wanted.

But sometimes God doesn’t just change your address. He aligns the people, the place, and the timing until unfamiliar starts to feel like belonging.

They came to Texas looking at houses. Somewhere along the way, Texas started feeling like home. 🩷 taken in Midlothian, Texas by @hijari.ai

I fear HGTV has lost the opportunity to discover me organically. 😭🤌🏽

Because EXCUSE ME????

I walked into this room with a vision and walked out wondering why I haven’t been charging people for my audacity sooner.

The black acrylic crib?

The textures?

But that CHANDELIER?!

“Everybody else in this room is supporting cast.” 😭

And she was RIGHT.

Bed + dresser: @livingspaces
Basically everything else: @amazonhome and an unreasonable amount of confidence.

Because baby, my Amazon cart has RECEIPTS. 👀💕

To the woman who spent 80 years being country, camp, cleavage, capitalism, philanthropy, and pure audacity at the exact same time, thank you for giving us a visual manuscript of writing your own rules to living well.

Jolene, if you're up there honey, get ready for a Heavenly Reckoning.

Rest well, Dolly. 🤍 👑💐
