Never underestimate the POWER of someone believing in YOU! 💙💛

Jari courageously shared her journey of being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and how ONE person, Rosalind Booker, believed in her potential.

Today,Jarielle Wilson stands as President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® – Collin County! 👏🏽

What a powerful reminder that your diagnosis does not define your destiny, and sometimes all it takes is ONE person to see greatness in you before you see it in yourself!

Believe. Empower. Lead. 💙

Real estate has been getting a lot more fun lately. 💋🏡

Cute outfit. Good people. Right rooms. And apparently, I’m leaving with prizes too.

If there's an opportunity to win, I always leave with something 😂

Just your neighborhood bestie, outside building relationships, making connections, and maneuvering. 💕

Congratulations on another beautiful grand opening, and on 10+ years of success in new home sales. 🏡

🥂 Here’s to many more!

I stopped trying to become easier to manage and started becoming better at managing myself.

For years, I thought some of my biggest struggles as an employee were personal failures. I needed clear expectations. Direct communication. Autonomy. Systems that actually made sense to my brain.

Then I started stepping into leadership.

And I realized…wait. 😂

A lot of what I needed as a neurodivergent employee would have made the work better for EVERYBODY.

Clear communication helps everybody.
Delegating according to strengths helps everybody.
Understanding the vision helps everybody.
Giving people room to do great work helps everybody.

So now, as I grow my business and prepare to serve as incoming President of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, I’m asking a different question:

What happens when we stop trying to make people fit the way things have always been done and start creating environments where they can actually thrive?

That’s the kind of leader I’m learning to become.

And if you’re building a business, stepping into leadership, or learning how to work with the brain you have instead of against it, I want you in this community.

There’s a seat at the table for you.
You can sit with us. 🩷

Your neighborhood bestie,
Jari 💐🩷

Sometimes home recognizes you before you recognize it.

California was the life they knew. Texas was the life they weren’t yet sure they wanted.

But sometimes God doesn’t just change your address. He aligns the people, the place, and the timing until unfamiliar starts to feel like belonging.

They came to Texas looking at houses. Somewhere along the way, Texas started feeling like home. 🩷

What say you?

For the first time in my entire life, I am operating alone. Not in the sense that I don’t have a village, because I do, shout out to my emotional support humans🩷

But, ultimately adulting alone. My parents raised me until I moved in with my now, ex husband.

I was 35 then, only recently diagnosed with autism, only after getting my eldest son his diagnosis.

My entire life had been a lie up until that point.

Because of the circumstances Real Estate went way on the back burner because, bills. Dammit! And do you know those things show up every damn month?!?!

But now, 3 years later, I'm doing it. Full time, in less than 4 months from not having a corporate salary to lean on. Nope... No "guaranteed" income.

Just a full time Real Estate on the Spectrum, with a dash of ADHD, and a touch of dyslexia.

And I'm thriving.

Entrepreneurship isn't for the weak. Stacking AuDHD on top.

Navigating executive dysfunction on top of yall having an attitude for no reason. The Lord has truly been my Shepherd.🥴

So... Welcome to my "blog" space or whatever we're calling it. Hopefully my journey helps somebody, just by seeing what's possible.

Plus, I'm documenting it as my own social proof behind my "All things" theory.

It’s kinda ghetto, but I’m having a blast. 🤗

The nature of our body is to stay in covenant with what’s familiar. So we’ll fight the very thing we asked God to do because it’s new.

Confusing anxiety and calling it discernment is what’s keeping you in the wilderness, bestie 🩷

You prayed for promise. Don’t flinch when it shows up.

Follow @hijarielletx if you’re walking into Promise this year. I’ll walk with you👭🏽👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏽👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽 💐👑🩷
