☀️ Happy Sunday🍾‼️ @nytimes spent the day with me last weekend to document my *Sunday Routine* 🥹 (ahem, without booze!)💥

Scroll for some of my favorite weekend spots (& people) in NYC. You’ll have to read the article for the full list 😉👟🍞🎾➡️

If you see me in downtown Manhattan, stop & say hi!!!! 👋🏻 — unless I’m running on the West Side Highway (in which case, wave me down because I likely won’t hear you over my music) 😅🎧🤷‍♀️

Many thanks to @helloitsliapicard whose writing I’ve admired for years and the iconic photog @michellev.agins …I am so grateful♥️ !!!! (And Archer, my nephew 🐾, who we were pup sitting all week—TY for being a good boy.)

Dry January is no longer just a personal reset or a post-holiday cleanse. In 2026, it has become a defining moment for wellness nightlife, mindful drinking, and the rise of alcohol-free nightlife.

From zero-proof drinks to elevated mocktail bars, the sober curious movement is changing how people experience nights out, without sacrificing style, energy, or fun. Few voices have been as influential in this space as @hilarywritesny.

Long before non-alcoholic cocktails became a nightlife staple, Sheinbaum was already observing a cultural shift. “People were realizing how much they were drinking at home and felt like it was time to drink less.” Head over to the link in bio to read our in-depth interview. ✨DRY JANUARY is always the busiest month of my year so I’m a little late to post this 🫣 but I’m proud to say that this Dry Jan marks my 10th YEAR (!!!) participating. 🎉 And what a decade it’s been… especially the last 5 years:

✨Two dry books (@harperbooks @quartobooksus)
✨ A @tedx_official talk
✨ A @marlins first pitch
✨ More than 50 @goingdry.co events (in NYC, LA, ATL, CHS, & other cities)
✨ NA menu collabs in Jackson Hole, Salt Lake City, Zion, NYC, Maui, Santa Fe, Vermont & more…
✨ 250+ news articles, TV segments, and speaking opps

All because of a silly bet 🤪 — and of course, so much support from all of YOU!

It’s been a *wild* ride. I’m not done yet, though 😇… So, here’s to looking forward to another decade of this dry(ish) lifestyle ❤️

So many thanks to @shannanferry & @ny1 for celebrating with me this past week‼️📺➡️➡️➡️ More soon ✨ taken in Ny1 News by @hilarywritesny
