June dump - just in time for a July dump & August June taught me a lot about life. Ups and downs as always. But I really began to sink my teeth into life. Things that weighed fell together and became clear. Handling health, mental health and physical were a key and continuing to work on. Catch me with more clarity & ability to bounce back throughout life. by @hippyparking

@bad_livin_roadshow was fantastic as expected. I am so grateful to experience such a wonderful time with such Immaculate vibes. #3 was a thrill. No doubt the next will be just as great. So many cool photos and great times. If you missed it this year, hope you can get out next year because it is hands down one of my favourite events. Lots of love to @bad_livin_roadshow to @pink.lemonade.records for putting together a such a unique experience with some amazing music. 💛 by @hippyparking

Another delightful band crawl happened this past Sunday. Every single band roooooocked the house down. Thank you everyone who came out and helped make the event a truly memorable one and a huge thank you to the venues and staff for handling our biggest crowd yet and keeping the energy high for our growing event! Happy fourth birthday @longweekendbandcrawl it is truly such an incredibly beautiful sight to witness so many wonderful people head to uptown Waterloo and hop around for the bands they know and love & to find more things to enjoy. It is such a blessing and an honour to be a part of it and I thank @fatscheid & @pink.lemonade.records for letting me be a part of it. The wonderful team we have for door, lights and sound are actually all gems and a big thank you to all the bands who absolutely as always nail it and to the people who come out and bring friends and all keep coming back I say the biggest thank you because your love and support of the event has helped it to grow to such a level. Which will only continue to grow and grow. Much love and thanks, see you August 2nd! by @hippyparking

This year (so far) has been a vicious claw through a million things that have at times worn me down. There’s been moments I’ve wanted to throw the towel in but in all those split second moments I have had a louder voice reminding me why I’ve been working so hard to get through past bs and healing it all. All the wonderful moments outweigh the other stuff. The sweet smile of my wonderful son keeps me going. My family and friendships (many of which have become family over the years) bring so many beautiful memories and special things to treasure so while so far it’s been an uphill battle I am grateful for every single one of you who have made such treasured beauty with me over all the years. Thank you always for making me smile, and see the beauty in the world. Here’s to the rest of the year, and all the ones to come 💛 by @hippyparking
