Brands Hatch provided the perfect setting for a celebration of Group C racing last weekend, as 962-007 and 962-200 returned to the circuit for the @motorracinglegends London Historic Trophy.

With Group C cars from six manufacturers represented, it was clear to see the diversity that made this such a special era of motorsport.

It was also a pleasure to be reunited with several former collection cars, including XJR-5-11, 962-201, 956-115 and the Nissan R90CK.

After a busy start to the year we’re returning to the track!

962-007 will feature in the Group C demo at the @motorracinglegends London Historic Trophy at Brands Hatch this weekend.

The demo will see a spectacular grid of Group C cars take to the iconic track, celebrating the legendary World Sportscar Championship 1000km races held at Brands Hatch throughout the 1980s.

962-200 (Cabin) will also be reunited with its Richard Lloyd sister car, 962-201 (Pinky), for the first time since leaving the collection in 2023.

We were proud to support the @twrperformance 50th anniversary celebrations at @bicestermotion with some of the Group C Jaguars from the collection.

Our two Green XJR6s are the very first TWR built prototypes, they made their debut in the 1985 season achieving a podium in the very first race entered. The TWR prototype formula developed from these two cars and became extremely successful in a short space of time. Many of the most important cars from this period were in attendance including our 1987 championship winning XJR-8, the 1988 Le Mans winning XJR9 and the XJR-14 that ended the Group C Jaguar chapter.

Following on from Group C we also displayed our XJ220-C, still regarded to be the last Jaguar to win at Le Mans.

It was fantastic to chat to many members of the original team and to see so many incredible race cars together in one place for an unrepeatable celebration.

Happy Birthday to one of the legends of the Group C era (and beyond), Derek Bell.

Watching Derek race in period was a huge inspiration for this collection and we are very lucky to have been able to reunite him with many of his Group C race cars over the years.

His enthusiasm for these cars never falters, truly one of racings greatest gentlemen!

It was fantastic to take to the Goodwood hill climb with 962-008 for @fosgoodwood last weekend.
