3 year transformations are always cool, but this one hits a little different.

Started with Koop back end of his 8th grade year. Tall, growing fast, and had zero idea how to use his body yet. Slow, mechanics were a mess, everything you’d expect from a kid who hadn’t caught up to his own frame.

Tore his ACL in football October of his sophomore year and lost that whole off-season. Last winter, his junior off-season, was really the first time he was actually healthy enough to train the way we wanted to, and it showed.
Came out this spring sitting 83-85, then just kept climbing from there. Got up to 88 in June and pitched really well all summer. Then on the back end of the summer, he joined the 90 club 🔥

Stuff like this is why I love doing this. Watching the work nobody sees actually pay off. 🧬
