Young studs that grew up. I’ve loved watching them grow up and I’m very proud of them. That’s a lot of football greatness right there.

Happy Birthday to my incredible wife @cangata. Every year with you gets better — thank you for being the heart of our family and the best mom @sam.ngata1 , Max, Colt, and Bear could ever ask for. You’re my best friend, and I love growing older with you. Here’s to another year of love, laughter, and making memories with our crew. I love you more than words can say. #mylove #myleo #bestfriend #aug1 #nogirlsexceptmommy by @hngata92

Former @ravens defensive tackle and Super Bowl XLVII champion Haloti Ngata and his family traveled to Tonga last month for a cultural and environmental exchange, hosted through a partnership between @friendsoftonga and the Civil Society Forum of Tonga.
During the visit, Haloti and his family worked alongside local volunteers on hands-on conservation efforts, including planting mangroves, supporting reforestation and learning sustainable farming practices.
The story brings together a Baltimore sports legend, a Maryland-based nonprofit and grassroots leaders in Tonga working to protect their environment and strengthen their communities.
