Two days ago, a 335-pound nose tackle snapped a walk-off. Two years ago today, Cole Kmet scored twice in a half, then took over the snapping.

Emergency long snappers deserve their flowers too. Who’s your favorite?

The blur that was August took a pause as September rolled in.

Spent a week in Florida with my little dude, his grandfather and some of my best friends.

We soaked up the sun. Played in the water. Ate lots of amazing food.

Jumped down to the Keys and gave Rogue the real Florida boy experience thanks to @willslice & @mommamorganxo

It was one of the most recharging weeks I’ve had in a long time.

Back in UT the colors rolled in and we spent some time rolling through the mountains.

Rogue got a new bike and spent a ton of time learning to balance/ride.

Caught a couple epic sunrises/sunsets.

Hung out with my guys @strengthinthesemountains & @hngata92

The travel was intense, it was all so worth it though.

Extremely grateful for this last month, the people we shared time with and the places we got to see.

Checking up on one of our projects, and removing some pavers for underground maintenance and piping. This is one of the many benefits of having pavers. @belgardoutdoorliving #pavers #paverpooldeck #bestsnowonearth❄️ #skicountry #parkcity

🏈 HALOTI NGATA — STRENGTH BEYOND THE FIELD 🇹🇴

Haloti Ngata’s story is bigger than football. It’s a story of faith, family, sacrifice, resilience, and Tongan pride.

From dominating at Highland High School to becoming an All-American at Oregon and eventually a Super Bowl champion with the Baltimore Ravens, Ngata proved that greatness is built through years of discipline and perseverance.

But some of his greatest battles happened away from the field. He endured the devastating loss of both of his parents while still a young man, yet continued moving forward—carrying their sacrifices, his faith, his family, and his heritage with him.

At 6’4” and over 300 pounds, people saw his physical strength. But the strength that defined his journey went much deeper.

“Strength isn’t just what you can lift. It’s what you can carry, overcome, and still keep moving forward.” — inspired by Haloti Ngata’s journey

From the son of Tongan immigrants to one of football’s most respected defensive linemen, his journey is a reminder that where you come from can become the foundation for where you’re going.

🇹🇴 Faith keeps you grounded. Family gives you purpose. Adversity makes you stronger. Discipline builds greatness.

One Island. One ʻOhana. One Purpose. One Legacy.
