Today marks the grand opening of H.O.D. Thank you to everyone who supported us, believed in our vision, and stood by us throughout this journey. None of this would be possible without our community.

They said it was too big of a dream.

Today we got the keys. 🔑🏠

From training in borrowed spaces, parking lots, fields, and wherever we could make it happen… to opening the doors to our very own location.

This isn’t just a gym. It’s proof that faith, consistency, sacrifice, and community still work.

To every client, athlete, family member, and supporter who believed in H.O.D. from day one—thank you. This belongs to all of us.

The dream is no longer coming…

Today was bigger than fitness.

In honor of World Mental Health Day, we partnered with @lululemon to create a space to MOVE, RESET, REFLECT & RECONNECT. 🫶🏾

From Pilates and running to recovery yoga, journaling, and refueling with @playabowlsburtonsvillecrossing — every moment was intentional.
