The base for savoury hoho is Japchae! Japchae is a traditional Korean stir-fried noodle dish that is often enjoyed on special occasions and celebration! Japchae Hotteok originates from Seoul. So we named our japchae hotteeok ‘SEOUL HOHO’. taken in London, United Kingdom by @hoho.ldn
