Hottoek has finally landed in London serving Korean pancakes that are crispy, chewy with sweet or savoury fillings. I’m a big fan of the sweet filling - melted brown sugar and cinnamon stuffed with nuts and seeds. The brown sugar filling gets very hot!

It’s less than a £10 and the portion is huge. If you missed them at @jungfestival.uk like I did, then you can find them at Broadway market.

I participated in @jungfestival and the memories of the great energy still live with me! Being in the culture hub I was able to meet and experience such talented people and in the food section I was so happy to cheer on friends! I just had to paint the experience as Minhwa style art work! I wish I could paint so many more of our friends but the size of my hanji was limiting me! I hope there will be another Jung festival!!
